Impressive Service!!

I’ve been using INVICTA for 2 months now and I have been very impressed with how efficient they are at getting products out to me. They have a great range of inventory too from English to Japanese to Korean and now Chinese product. Would recommend them to anyone

Happy customer

Great service first order was not recieved due to DPD so I esculated this and it was resolved within 7 days with the item resent. Great communication and customer service.

Aftersales helpfulness

I had an issue with delivery but jamie from the support team did everything he could to help and so did the director i cant thank them enough for there help, i have ordered again since which shows how much they helped

Unfair response

We have done Pokémon for over 4 years now and not once have I ever had to leave a 1 star review. I almost feel bad in writing this but it is important others are aware.

Unfortunately, this has been my worst experience purchasing Pokémon products in bulk.

I placed an order for over 140 ETBs worth approximately £13,000. When the order arrived, multiple ETBs had visible tears in the seal. These were not all minor imperfections but a lot had clear large rips, making them significantly less desirable as sealed products and reducing their resale value.

What was most disappointing was the response. I provided a video of us opening one of the parcels and showing as we went through the ETBs, a handful had rips in. Despite providing evidence, I was told the damage fell within their cosmetic damage policy and no replacement, return, or compensation was offered. For a shipment of this size, I would have expected better packaging and protection to prevent products from being damaged in transit. Rather than large amounts of ETBs all stacked together in a box with some paper fill.

I appreciate that staff responded quickly to my emails, but quick responses mean very little when the outcome is simply to refuse responsibility for damaged goods.

This has left me extremely disappointed. I cannot justify spending this level of money with a supplier who is unwilling to provide a reasonable resolution when a significant number of products arrive damaged. This was a wholesale large order but we now cannot resell these items ourselves, although they stated these are "fit for purpose", no one wants to receive a ripped ETB, hence we are currently set to take a substantial loss.

Buyers, particularly collectors and resellers of sealed products, should be aware of this before placing large orders. I have never left a 1 star review before and i do feel somewhat bad, but it is important others are made aware of this, we are currently seeking advice on where we stand in this position.

If I could give a minus I would this is my second review as D x and I spoke on phone and was given after a long chat finally on phone he gave me confidence I'd get account reactivated if i removed 1st review and if I apologise to them and I did do he lied to me and wasted 54 mins my life convincing me I'd get account back so
Well where do I start I know I was a valuable customer whom spent over £15k since august 2025 however Stephanie decided last week to revoke my wholesale account because of a complaint made on the group chap wat app in which several people complained because they brought goods and after spend a lot of money the company decided to drop a 5% off in which many of us was upset and complaining on chat so x decided to pull the discount to solve the argument however my complaint mainly was i purchased Chinese ETBs in which 12 was in stock and so by time my order was paid for my order should been safe cause when logged back in I found it was only 2 left do I knew id get mine but no I get email next day saying I've a credit note on my account as out stock so I as anyone would been angry so I complained on there group n got immediately banned and blocked n had my wholesale account revoked so it shows the business is only interested in your money n not customers however I got part my order Saturday 30/5/26 and 5 ETBs damaged where warehouse not bothered to wrap or secure them to stop them getting damaged and they not bothered even tho I proof it states in Damaged items
If an item arrives damaged, it can be returned for a full refund or exchange at no cost to the customer. Please contact us at help invictatcg.co.ukto arrange this.but they refused to sort this and I'm left with goods I cannot sell or wouldn't keep as damaged and I've not even been offered compensation for goods packed damaged they tried to blame dpd which dpd is good so I know it was warehouse staff as there were no protection in box to prevent items getting damaged so guys please read ALL the negative comments before you decide to buy or create an account as I've had no apologies or compensation from them over the damage goods I've sent them evidence and they refuse to sort .ty an ex valued customer of InvictaTCG let's hope they listen to the customers as it's us whom
Keeps business going but at rate it's going the way they treat customers is not good and staff need to learn to respect customers.and no thanks to incompetent warehouse staff I'm ££300 out off pocket and they not even have decency to replace so beware n be careful you could be conned too and forced to keep damaged goods like I was so I'm at a £300 loss for 1st time so a bad company that REFUSES TO SORT DAMAGES OUT (5 Chinese ETBs) .

absolutely love this store

absolutely love this store!

I cannot recommend this shop highly enough! The customer service is absolutely outstanding. Jamie, Hayden, Steph, and Dan are incredible – always so friendly, bubbly, and genuinely helpful. No question is ever too much trouble, and they are amazingly quick at responding to emails and queries.

What really sets them apart is how well they keep customers updated on stock availability, making it so easy to find exactly what you're looking for. Their knowledge, professionalism, and positive attitude make every interaction a pleasure.

It's refreshing to deal with a team that truly cares about their customers. Fantastic service from start to finish – I'll definitely continue shopping here and recommending them to others!

Prices are higer than current market…

Prices are higer than current market value. Way above retail prices. I thought the idea of wholesale was you get better prices due to buying in bulk.. not higher prices than can be found on the second hand market with VAT added on top for the love of the game?!

Claims to be a wholesaler but are not

Claims to be a wholesaler when they are not.
Signed up for an account and was accepted.
Got access to the price lists to find the at the wholesale prices were just retail prices.
I could buy the same stuff from local shops for the same price.
Well local shops are actually cheaper as they wanted to add vat on top of the so called whole sale prices.
In short you can buy cheaper from local shops than you can buy them “wholesale” from this company.
