Great service first order was not recieved due to DPD so I esculated this and it was resolved within 7 days with the item resent. Great communication and customer service.

Great plumber

Sean who fitted the boiler was fantastic however the providers of the boiler did not provide the full equipment needed which I found unfair on as he had to keep chasing parts up and collecting them. I would highly reccomend him he was fantastic. As a company packages should be thoroughly checked before delivering as the plumber as enough to do as it is.
We had to have the boiler moved slightly in our cupboard to meet measurement requirements and he did a fab job you would never have known it had been moved.

Appalling customer service.

Absolutely shocking waited in yesterday for my delivery to be told it was unable to come "sorry the missed me" I have cctv proof that nobody even stepped foot near my property let alone attempted to come with my parcel not even parked up outside between them times. So today I waited again for another no show now waiting for a call off a so called manager that I think I know definitely won't happen as the company is awful.

Not even recieved my item

Not even recieved my item. Shocking service wont even offer refund or replacement absolute joke. Been to citizens advise and they are reporting to trading standards on my behalf.

Twice in two weeks items not recieved…

Twice in two weeks items not recieved now. Im a very unhappy angry customer. £120 worth of goods not delivered yet says it as been. Waited in both times nobody been
1. Why not nock on 2. Left somewhere when ot requested 3. Not on my property which if investigated clearly can see by pics not my property. Satnav apparently shows my properly either your drivers a thief or needa a better eyesight then. Absolute JOKE theres two tracking numbers there. I have rang citizens advise and now trading standards are getting involved. Id never advise anybosy to use these EVER if in nottingham.

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking. Ordered my item 28th september never recieved it when i started chasing it up on the 2nd of october they kept saying was being investigated for them then to finally tell me on 23rd it wasnt being! The worse customer service ever and still to this day i have NO item or refund would certainly not take my custom here again or reccomend to anybody! They are thiefs. Said from 23rd of october it was being officially investigated but guess what i never got a response they tell me stories every time i have been. I have reported them legally as they cannot be allowed to get away with this. Told you to check the call logs and recordings to from 2nd october ae proof of how shocking they are. NEVER EVER purchase here!!
