Easy to order on the website, good customer service (I added a second order to my first order placed one day earlier, and that way I could have them shipped together without paying the delivery fee twice). Everything arrive in my country one week after the confirmation that the products were on the way.

Excelent products and support at a great price
Prices and product selection are great, shipping fees are very reasonable and a rarity these days,
and the customer service is amazing! They quickly solved every type of issue I had, be that logistics pains with shipping to Romania, payment processing issues, or warranty claims.

It is also unfortunate to hear that the stick broke after such a short period. If the stick is subjected to external impact, it can unfortunately break at the first use or after a few weeks or months, without it necessarily being a manufacturing defect. We understand that this is frustrating, and we are in constant contact with our suppliers to ensure a proper assessment for each warranty case.
Very slow delivery
Very, very slow delivery. Order was made 25.12. And product was shipped as late as 7.1. It is still on the way 9.1. Some where is Sweden.
