Absolutely shocking! Terrible customer service taking atleast a week to respond! Large Missing items from order they seem to have no understanding or interest in helping. The order is now well over a month and a half late.
They can not refund, assist or even provide tracking details!
Do not go due to the fact they are so unreliable!

Genuinely extremely frustrating to use, ordered items and get. Delivery notice for the full items, delivery arrives only 1 tiny item, reach out for customer service and it’s taken them almost 2 weeks to get back to me, I respond same day to still have no further confirmation to date, no news on refund as asked, based on missing items ! Terrible customer service and obviously not a well organised warehouse! Do not use!

it took over 34 days to arrive, and the customer service was unhelpful, and the "freebee" you get wasn't even included. only gettng an extra star as the quality was atleast decent

It was straightforward to build with clear instructions and the 6 year old absolutely loves it! The shelves are terrific and the futon comfortable. Highly recommended pleas it literally came the next day!!!

Update on my review: heard back for n and n who said that the courier returned my items.
Following that they have resent the items from the same poor quality courier’s service! And stated it will arrive early next week!
Which will have made it an almost an entire month waiting for the bed to be delivered from date of order.
