Really good prices

Really good prices, but long delivery times and not clear what goods are in the stock and how many pieces. At least, the customer service seems to solve the problems effectively, though it depends on the person you get.

Good selection, but poor service

Pros: competitive prices, good choice of equipment.

Cons: very slow delivery and absolutely unhelpful customer service!

On 5 June I ordered two sticks. The shop didn’t dispatch them until 10 June, and even then only after I had sent them another email asking them to cancel my order due to the delay in delivery. Today is 15 June and I still have not received my order!
I pointed out to customer service that I needed to receive my order as soon as possible; I even indicated that if they can't provide fast delivey I would rather cancel the order – but I didn’t receive any clear answer regarding the delivery time. So when I tried to cancel the order, they finally dispatched the items.
After reading other reviews I realised that fast delivery and good service are a thing of the past.

Missing major key items!

Absolutely shocking! Terrible customer service taking atleast a week to respond! Large Missing items from order they seem to have no understanding or interest in helping. The order is now well over a month and a half late.

They can not refund, assist or even provide tracking details!

Do not go due to the fact they are so unreliable!

One stop hockey shop

Very wide range of goods of various sizes, offering all necessary hockey equipment of mainstream hockey brands, custom apparel and gloves, wide range of sticks and skates, complete retail stick patterns (also p90tm etc.) own product line of bottles and socks, wide range of accessories, regular discounts and price reductions associated to number of purchased items, customer service.

Absolutely awful experience

Absolutely awful experience. I ordered (and paid) two items and after a month and countless urges was told they are not in stock. Zero communication / empathy. Avoid!!!

Ok, but not great.

Ok but not great. Ordered some hockey skates and requested that they were sharpened. Delivery time was 10 to 15 days. Not the fastest but was happy to wait. I got the order confirmation on ordering but on the 12th day I was still awaiting a dispatch notice. I sent an email to see what was happening and got no reply. I sent another email on the 15th day again with no reply.

On the 17th day I filled out a contact card on the website to which they replied stating the 15 day delivery notice was for delivery to them, not what was stated on the website. They went on to say the items would be with them soon and they would dispatch on arrival. A few days later I got the dispatch notice and the skates were with me soon after. What annoyed me most was after that wait they had not even bothered to sharpened the skates. 👎

Very expensive returns

Not the slowest customer service but be sure what you order! Return costs 30-45 e depending on the product. Do not recommend ordering anything that might not fit well, like skates or any other hockey gear.

They lie about everything:

Fast delivery – LIE
I ordered 3 weeks ago. Over a week ago, I contacted support for the first time. Until today, I have only received a promise that my order will be shipped within 48 hours — and guess what? That was a lie. Support has simply stopped replying to my emails.

Support gets back to you within 24 hours – LIE
They respond quickly when they want to promise something. But when you ask when your order will actually be shipped, they disappear.

4.7 customer rating – LIE
Check the rating on Trustpilot, HockeyStore. 33% of the reviews are negative.

They took my money, they don't ship my order and ignore my emails, isn't that what is called SCAM?

AVOID!

I am extremely disappointed with my…

I am extremely disappointed with my experience on your website and can say with certainty that I will never place an order with you again.
From the very beginning, the customer service has been pure chaos. I ordered the skates on January 23rd and, to this day, I am still waiting for them to arrive. According to your information, the package was allegedly already available for pickup and then returned because I supposedly did not collect it. This is simply not true.
I checked the DHL tracking page every single day and never received any pickup notification. I was told that the parcel was stored for only one day in a DHL pickup locker and then sent back. This is something I have never experienced before — normally parcels are held for at least a week.
On top of that, your customer service has been completely unhelpful. I do not receive clear answers, responses take several days, and no real effort is made to resolve the situation properly. I even offered a reasonable solution: as compensation, the skates could be sent to me via express shipping. My email was ignored.
At this point, I have been waiting for so long that the lake near my home is no longer frozen. I live in Berlin, and winters like this are rare. That is exactly why I ordered the skates quickly — to make use of this short opportunity. Now that chance is gone.
Honestly, I regret not buying skates that were twice as expensive in a physical store instead of ordering from this website. I strongly advise others not to be tempted by the low prices. Based on my experience, this platform may even be fraudulent. I have never experienced anything like this before.

These guys are really great 👍

These guys are really great. Always very fast and helpful to answer questions. Everything I’ve bought there was good delivered and quality. Think the prices are good. Love the store and will definitely buy again from them 😊 in Belgium hockey equipment from
different brands is more difficult to come by so I’m happy they are there. 😊

Still waiting for my order I placed over a month ago. On the website the delivery time was written as 10-15 days. I contacted the costumer service, several times via email. All of those emails have stayed unanswered. Terrible costumer service and very unreliable
