Non judgemental staff, a debt management plan that takes the stress off of you, whilst managing realistic payments.
They do all the ground work for you when negotiating payments that you can manage regularly.
Regular reviews and advice , yes you have to pay a monthly fee but if you are in a bit of a pickle and feeling overwhelmed it is worth every penny.

Very easy to talk to a person who is helpful and friendly. Offer good advice and make debt management simple and easy to understand.

I am paying as much as possible but it would be nice to know the expected cut off date on current payment plan

I cannot thank Fresh Start UK enough for the outstanding support they have given me during one of the most challenging times of my life.

I was facing a financial crisis with debts totalling £10,386, and I felt completely overwhelmed. From the very beginning, the team made me feel comfortable, listened without judgement, and explained everything clearly.
