There are already a few good things…

There are already a few good things about this energy provider, such as clarity about the available tariff options, the opportunity to get onto a best one every year, a great website that is very userfriendly, and easy access to an agent from their customer care. However, this is my feedback for someone called Nemesh who went beyond his usual duties and exceeded my initial expectations. I was impressed with the way he dealt with my complaint about someone, the way that he understood my situation and provided me with some great solutions; the speed of dealing with my inquiry and even the structure of the conversation that he held with me. I think that EON Next should appreciate employees like Nemesh who do not limit their service with what is written on their JD but do more than that. Thanks so very much.

Amazing people and amazing company

The reason why this compan provides an excellent srevice is because of its people. It looks like that all the advisors are amazing, efficient and really nice people to deal with. There are many names to mention but the ones to refer here are Aron and especially Weronika Golebiewska, who is a reall asset to the company. She is vert understanding, supportive and hardworking.

This has been the worst experience I've…

This has been the worst experience I've had with a printing company. If only I did not ignore all the negative comments from other customers even if there are so many of these! First of all, Brian who spoke to me first, deliberately did not tell me that they have a London office to make me pay for the costly delivery. Secondly, they sent you a link to track your delivery but, guess what, they cannot get even that simple thing right - the link was dead and it was impossible to use it. The delivery company said that they did not even have anything from Printed Today on their system. It was great not to know if we'd receive the banner on time. Thirdly, instead of making an air pocket with width of 1.5 inches, they sent me the roller banner with less than 1inch air pocket, which created so many problems for us and cause a lot of stress too when we started putting everything together, and that was in the morning of our big event. They never admitted that error until I sent them some photos to prove that. So we had to try and force the pole inside the small air pocket but the roller was ripping and it looked awful. The roller banner was supposed to have been a very important spot at our event. To say that we were disappointed, is to say nothing to describe the stress that we all had to be under. Finally, when you get back to them to relay all the issues, they would just be so dismissive and argumentative, making you feel that it's you whose fault it all was. That's unacceptable and very unprofessional. What did they do in the end, after all the numerous long conversations with them? They just sent me 20 pounds as a 'refund'. That business is just some tiny shop that was put together by the people who have no clue about how to run a printing company. Look at all the reviews. Very unpleasant people to deal with too. I don't think that there will be any other businesses out there, Bolton (where they are, apparently) located, or London, that will be any worse than that. So, try to avoid these people. Trust our experience and the reviews of so many other people.

The best card out there for kids

I actually had to do a proper research to find the right card for my child. It had to tick quite a few boxes for me, including how easy it is to use a card for a child; the level of parent's control; technical side of things, such as website and an app - so I condluded that GoHenry was the best one in the market at the moment. My daughter loves the opportunity to shop offline and online and at the same time she benefits from the real-time experience of how to save money, how it use it cleverly in between her monthly allowances - she does get quite a high allowance but that is how you teach your kinds to deal with larger amounts (not just 5 pounds a month!) because it is much harder and she'd be ready for that. All in all, I am happy with the service.

Misleading sizing, poorest quality ever!

What can I say, this is our domestic chavvy unsophisticated brand. Very poor quality on everything, including items from their top range; misleading sizing information (like, for instance, you buy a skirt in size 12 and the length is 38cm where they show a skirt in size 8 with length 52cm!! How this is even possible??) That is how little they try. Nothing, NOTHING you'd receive will look like in any of their photos. Full stop. Better to spend a few more quid and go to more respectful brands!

Well I am adding this new paragraph to the review above, due to even more disappointments with that brand. What happened was that they refunded me eventually for the item that had over-the-top wrong measurements but I did not receive the FULL amount in that refund. Would you know why? I wouldn't. The item in question is now on sale, apparently, so YOU GET LEES THAN WHAT YOU PAID! This is completely illegal and, frankly, quite outrageous, and needs to be reported, unfortunately. Another new 'thing' is that they send you items that REEK of someone's perfume, probably from whoever tried that item on and returned it. I literarily have no words. No other British brand does anything like this. A total shame.

These people are obviously a scam

These people are obviously a scam. The fact that they are showing people some amazing 5-start testimonials, apparently, is also a scam. This is their website so they can show there whatever they wish, even showing 'verified buyers', which is ridiculous. This review might not be shown on their website either so I am going to place it on Google reviews too. They keep ignoring all your messages and their 'live chat' gives you the same automated response: 'Our team is currently away. Our business hours are 9am - 5pm PST. We will return tomorrow and assist you as soon as possible.' - but I keep writing to them on weekdays and within usual working hours! Anyway, do not fall for these scammers, way too many out there. Such a shame.
