I ordered my first road bike during lockdown after excellent advice on the phone from the Nottingham store. It was ready for collection within the week. I couldn’t have a fitting session but they talked me through the bike and made sure the seat height was good. I had a couple of problems over the next couple of weeks which were sorted while we waited due to the 70 mile round trip to take it in
Everyone was so helpful and efficient while having to cope with the phones ringing off the hook and social distancing policies being observed
