The driver left the parcel outside of…
The driver left the parcel outside of the front door. I have left the instructions for the parcel to be left in the outbuilding at the back of the house. The item is not supposed to be left in the heat. Very disappointed!

B. Several of the yogurts were burst! Not the first time
C, can they read English? Not on this occasion, but many tines THIS WAY UP ! Has been ignored just dumped any way, probably why food is getting damaged!

Given a one hour window for delivery…
Given a one hour window for delivery nothing turns up. I contact customer services . They tell me they will contact the driver and give me an update. They contact me a few hours later and tell me the driver is not answering phone, but they will pass on my details to the driver. Whole day wasted with no updates and no package.
