I paid for a pair of glasses and the money was immediately deducted from my bank account, but I never received any order confirmation email. I contacted customer support through email, chat, and even called directly, but nobody replied or helped me.
At this point, I have no proof that my order was processed, and the complete lack of communication is extremely concerning. This experience feels very unprofessional and, honestly, makes the website seem like a scam.
I would not recommend buying from this company!!!

I ordered a pair of frames from Ottica on 31st December 2025 paying by PayPal. They advised immediately that my frames were out of stock, but should be shipped in 25 to 30 business days.
By the 25th of January I had received no info from them so I wrote to them saying that, if I don't receive a positive response from them by 30th January to say the frames are on their way, I will cancel my order and will expect a full refund.
They responded on the 26th January to say they still had not received the frames. I emailed them the same day, cancelling my order and asked for a refund.
According to their website, PayPal refunds should be received within 1-3 business days. I had to write to them on the 11th February asking where my refund was. They responded stating sorry we will cancel your order and refund you (why wasn't the order cancelled on the 26th January when I asked for it to be). I have had to write to them again today because I still have not received my money.
This company is a fraud, they have had my money since 31st December, I cancelled on the 26th January and I still have not received a refund.

The only thing I did not like was the customs fees of Albania. We paid 22.4% of the purchase price (40 €) plus 20 € for the courier (Albania Courier) for a total of 60 € :(. I will buy from OPTICAOPTIMA again, thank you very much. :)

I've waited four weeks, and they still can't tell me when they'll deliver the shades. Today, they said I have to wait another 2-3 weeks to get my money back. So, for a couple of months, they've kept my money with no product—it's unacceptable!
