I received my seiko mod blue submariner a few days ago. Really pleased with the quality of the watch and how it’s been put together. The build quality is excellent and no complaints or issues at all. Based on my experience I would thoroughly recommend mod watches uk, and would definitely order again in the future.

I recently purchased a watch and had a great experience from start to finish. From the moment I placed my order, the customer service was fantastic, quick to respond, helpful, and genuinely professional. The watch itself is even better than I expected. The build quality is outstanding, feels incredibly well made, and looks amazing on the wrist. What impressed me even more was that it arrived earlier than expected, which was a great surprise. Overall, a brilliant experience from start to finish, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality watch.

Amazing product. I’ve been to multiple watch shops in Switzerland, UK etc and Mod watches watch’s feels so much more premium. Same materials you see in these luxury brand watches. I received good response times and felt really comfortable throughout the whole experience. The watch looks so much better in real life. I would recommend Mod watches again and again. Thank you! 🙏

Delighted with my latest Seiko Mod build from Mod Watches, creating a superb homage to the Omega Speedmaster: looks good, excellent weight, skilfully made quality materials and - of course - a good time-keeper. Was kept up-to-date with delivery and it arrived exactly within the time parameters predicted, well-packaged, coming with zip-up case and tool. Certainly value for money. Extremely pleased and VERY happy to recommend them.

I had nothing but a great experience with this company. Communication was easy and quick and was kept up to date on the status of my watches. Was sent videos and quality checks like stated on the website. The watches exceeded my expectations, couldn’t be more happier. I will be buying from them again.

I have just completed a purchase from MW and have had the watch now for a few weeks.
I thoroughly recommend MW for a mod watch or homage. I had very specific requirements for the strap, bezel and watch face. They took time to confirm they had understood my requirements and gave me options to consider. Once ordered MW kept me up to date with the order status. Once they had received the watch they carried out a full quality check and a 24 hour test before sending me the watch.
They were clear about the delivery date checking back at each stage including making sure I had received the watch and was happy.
Two weeks later I’m still delighted with the watch and the service.
There are a lot of watch mod companies but I think it would be difficult to find one that cares more or has better customer service.

Great watch - Wimbledon Datejust silver 36mm - responded quick to my queries and made the ordering process smooth. Will be ordering again - Watch takes around 4 weeks to arrive but well worth the wait.

More than happy with the purchase

I want to follow up to a previous, somewhat unhappy post. The watches arrived today and they are beautiful.
My unhappiness was that it took about five weeks to get the watches, but on deeper reading of their shipping disclosures, the delivery WAS within the window of what they promised.
My suggestion is that WatchMod display those expectations more prominently.
Once I raised my concerns, the company responded QUICKLY with a shipping update.
All the same, the watches are legit and I owe it to the company to set the record straight.

Have bought two watches and both are really good quality. Especially compared to other ‘modders’ They take a few weeks to arrive but thus far very pleased. I’ll buy more when they add new models. I know you can buy better movements and better genuine watches but if you like the aesthetic/design of the original. This is good looking but not pretending to be the original.

Purchased three watches. Two of them function well and look nice. The third watch, was defective. The crown was loose and will not wind the watch nor allow you to change the time and date. I contacted their customer line and received a reply. They replied with telling me to take the watch for local service at my local jeweler. A defective watch straight from their manufacturing site, and zero willingness to stand by the quality of their operations.

I would highly recommend not purchasing from them again, and if you do decide to order be aware that you may receive a defective watch with zero warranty assurance.
