Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 74 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers reported receiving a product that was different from what was advertised, often containing only apple cider vinegar and sugar instead of the promised ingredients. People frequently found the product ineffective for weight loss, with some even experiencing weight gain, leading to strong dissatisfaction with its quality and results. The pricing was also a major concern, as the product was often more expensive than advertised, and some felt they were overcharged for simple ingredients. Reviewers also faced significant difficulties when trying to obtain refunds, with many reporting unfulfilled promises and a lack of communication from the company. Conversely, a small portion of people felt satisfied with the product, noting improvements in their energy levels and support for their weight management goals.

Jellylean is nothing but a scam business.

I ordered the Jellylean product and received Apple cider vinegar gummies. After several attempts to reach someone and get a response I was told to return the product and I would receive a full refund. Followed every directed step and received no refund and no communication. Followed up several times. On one occasion I was told the refund was on way. Another time was told the correct product advertised was on the way. After several attempts over several months, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) Today received a response from the BBB informing me that all their attempts to get a response from JellyLean were ignored. Do not deal with this business. Nothing more than a scam.

It is a typical scam

It is a typical scam! I bought 6 bottles, went through two and didn’t even lose 1 pound! of course when it came time for my refund it was 4 days past the 60 day expiration which didn’t make any sense at all?! I placed the order April 14 and I didn’t even receive it till the end of April 🤬. They told me they go 60 days of the order date which is BS! Anyway save your money and don’t get scammed like I did 🤦🏻‍♀️🤬. I wouldn’t even give the product 1 star 🤮

I would have given it a ZERO if I could.

I would have given it a ZERO if available. This is a complete SCAM. Jillian Michaels, OPrah and all other stars that have endorsed this Jelly Lean should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people that need help losing weight, I listened to Jillian Michaels lie to all of us. She said the Gelatin trick is a natural GLP-1 (pure gelatin, Japanese Green Tea Extract, Hydrolized Colagen, Tumeric and Piperine)
If you read the label It does not contain any of those things. FALSE ADVERTISING. Basically ACV GUMMIES.
Do not Buy.

Don't Do It!

This is a total SCAM! As we all have been told when starting any new medications you should check with your Physician. I didn't listen, went ahead and ordered six (6) bottles, anyway and was charged $320. At the advice of my doctor, I was told to send them back and see a dietician. Once I saw Oprah Winfrey in the video, I just knew this was the real deal. I reached out to Jelly Lean Support on June 10, 2026, for return instructions and have yet to hear from them. I looked up their return policy and met every one of the requirements. Mailed the product back to them and received 6 more bottles today that I didn't order. I've locked my card and will return these as well.

Bogus Refund Policy

I purchased a year's supply of Jelly Lean on April 10, 2026. I did not receive delivery until weeks later. I immediately began the prescribed regiment. On June 14, 2026 I called the Customer Service number. My order was verified. I was advised that I could neither return the product nor receive a refund because the order was placed more than 60 days ago. I quoted the written Jelly Lean return policy to the representive, which is "If after several weeks or even months you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll refund your money in full." The representative advised me that I missed by 4 days. The 60 days starts when you order the product no matter how long it takes for them to deliver it to you. At least for me, this product does not work as advertised. This is NOT a reputable company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

FAKE ....NOT LEGIT....A SCAM…

After hearing everyone's review on this product. Its sad people out here are playing on people's flaws. I purchased this product and was supposed to receive 6 bottle and they sent me 8. They promised a coach and talks with A-list celebrities who are also using this product (Oprah, Gayle, Whoopi, etc). Received the product in a disheveled bag no other contents/information only the return shipping label and bottles. No email regarding access to group testimonials and chats...nothing. I spent almost $300. Never again .. once those wasn't received, I knew not to take the dummies. This is a fake just to take people money. I want my money back and go through my weight loss journey the all natural way with exercise and healthy eating. I can't give it 0 stars so I gave it a 1 based on shipping. But hey if they taking your money why not send a fake quickly.

Don't fall for it

Don't fall for it! These are basically candy. When you try to get a refund, all you can get is a run around and they can't find you order # or order by email. They send another link that I refuse to click on as it looks like another scam to take more $. I asked for a customer service # to speak to a real person and they refuse to give one. I wish I could give negative stars!!! Terrible product! Terrible company!

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is nothing but crap, and really false advertising. They're using a deepfake AI of Michaels touting the virtues, but it's a sham. I got scammed. And am learning a valuable lesson.

DID NOT WORK FOR ME

I purchased a three moth supply of Jelly Lean and I have not lost a single ounce. The scale has not budeged. I wanted my money back, however, whenI went on line, the small print said tha tyou can get your money back after TWO months and I exceded the deadline becauseIi purchased a 3 month supply. This was a huge "waste of money" and this did not work for me. DO NOT BUY, you will be disappointed. Are these testomonials REAL? Don't purchase. I think this is a SCAM to make millions and do not purchase.

I have been taking JellyLean…

I have been taking JellyLean religiously for a month. I stopped exercising because I thought this was the end to my suffering. NOTHING HAS CHANGED. AS FOR USING SERENA WILLIAMS' TESTEMONY, IT'S A LIE. I saw a tele ad for that injectable stuff w/ her! and her fantastic results. Never mentioning JELLY LEAN. WHAT A SCAM!

Jelly Lean just plain doesn't work

Jelly Lean just plain doesn't work. I have been on it as directed and it has caused me to gain weight. Bottles contain 30 gummies for 30 day supply but supposed to take 2 gummies/day so it takes 2 bottles per month. This means it is twice as expensive as advertised.

Customer service says my weight gain is probably cause of water retention. They just make up a lot of excuses.

Just tried to exercise Money Back guarantee but now they can't find me in their order system. Product doesn't work and they know it so getting a refund is a major headache.

Don't waste your money on Jelly Lean
