The variation in upgrades to models of watches is amazing and after customising what i wanted the finished product was excellent. I definitely shall be ordering more watches from them in future. Great products at great prices.

Great company who supply watches to order fulfilling your wishes for a see through back or solid steel. Not many companies do this at this price point. I was very impressed when my DHWATCHMODS arrived so much that I sent my best friend who likes watches also a picture of my watch and details of the website. He promptly ordered a watch straight away to be built to his own specifications. Since he ordered it he was very pleased that I had passed the information to him. I collect watches included Rolex and Tudor. My wife and I have several and lots of other top makes. She was old very impressed as she likes to wear a quality watch when we are out for a meal. I highly recommend this company as they are genuinely a quality watch supplier and I will be buying more for myself and family in the future Terry from Scarborough

Excellent quality watch and very quick shipping

Excellent quality watch with transparency from before purchase to manage expectations. Purchased for my son’s 16th birthday and he’s really pleased with the watch

Watch did not match description.

I immediately reported the issue and was asked to send photos of the watch. I did so and was told “specification is the same as selected at the time of purchase”. They refused to do anything.

I claimed my rights under section 11 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, (goods must conform to their description, including photographs). I requested a full refund or replacement within 7 days. There was no reply.

I reported the breach to my credit card provider (not easy or simple). Only following that step, and under threat of a chargeback, did DHW admit their error.

My experience with DHWATCHMODS started very well. David was responsive, helpful, and the watches initially looked good, so I felt confident placing the order. They arrived on time, and the team was super helpful in arranging the delivery options and even offered me some goodies. Strongly appreciated that.

Unfortunately, what followed was a series of defects and QC issues that should have been caught before dispatch. The Datejust had a lume defect at 12 o’clock, the crown feel/threading was not right, and the Santos later turned out to have a missing movement spacer, causing the movement and dial to move in the case and the rotor to foul against the caseback.

I also raised the issue of beat error on some of the pieces, but was told that was within their acceptable range, and that point aside, the real problem was the accumulation of visible QC oversights on a finished piece.

To their credit, they did offer options for the Datejust: 1. sending back to the UK but they said this risked Customs seizing the watch; and 2. a replacement dial which I would get installed at my own cost; but the overall after-sales experience left me feeling that I was being left to solve the problems myself rather than being properly supported. I had to chase for solutions and eventually concluded that I would not be returning as a customer - particularly after they stopped responding to my Santos issue.

I think the watches looked good at first glance, but for me the defects passing QC and post-sales handling afterward outweighed the positives.

For a custom watch, they were quick and transparent on time frames, the watch came across the pond very well packaged and unscathed from customs! Beyond pleased with everything and it is my husbands go to watch. Will definitely be ordering again!

Sent very fast and brilliant quality

My son had found DH Watchmods whilst looking for what would turn out to be his 21st birthday present. Unfortunately he only told me about what he wanted, around 10 days before his birthday! I made the order & told him it would probably take longer to arrive. I emailed DH Watchmods, just on the off chance they could rush his chosen watch through & get it to us in time. This company pulled out all the stops & ensured he had the watch for his birthday. Absolutely top notch customer service. The watch itself more than lived up to expectations. A quality timepiece with just the right amount of subtle upgrades. If you are looking for a new watch, you could do far worse than use DH Watchmods.

Bought this as an 18th birthday present for my son and it exceeded expectations. The green dial is stunning in person — rich and deep with a really premium feel. The finish on the case and bracelet is spot on, and the automatic movement runs smoothly. Came packaged beautifully in the leather box with the link adjustment tool, which made a great unboxing moment. He absolutely loves it. Fantastic value and will definitely be ordering again.

I purchased a watch and was originally happy, it looked good and I had fast responses when asking for extra water protection etc. However, a week into owning the watch I noticed a scratch on the glass above the date. It’s only small but is noticeable. I have had to email 3 times for help and was told it is due to sapphire crystal not being used on that part of the watch, which is not stated anywhere prior to purchase. I have not dropped the watch and wear it on occasion, so it must be made from a material that scratches easily. My watch also constantly needs correcting as it seems to be a minute or two ahead when set the day before. I hate to leave a bad review but I feel it should be stated that not all glass used is scratch resistant.

Amazing watch, ordered a daytona, timely and great condition!

Extremely poor communication from the seller and their company makes a living by lying. They say 5-7 build time (lie number one) on their social media pages and also mention that if express delivery (lie number 2) is chosen product will be delivered the next day.
My product was completed on Friday the 6th of March. I paid for express delivery and I expected to receive it on Monday the 9th but their customer care said nobody delivers on weekends (Evri, Royal Mail and DPD do but sure)(lie number 3).
On Monday they eventually create a label and there’s no communication about my product and everytime I’ve to get them to reply to my email or message I’ve to comment on their instagram post otherwise they’d ignore me. They’d eventually say you’re supposed to wait till the 12th business day for the build time (which is for fully customised watches not watches that are on their website and barely need many customisations).
They later blamed Royal Mail (lie number 4) for losing my package. I called Royal Mail and they said your seller has paid for the highest priority delivery we would’ve scanned it immediately if it was handed in and mentioned that they lied. As a seller they didn’t even communicate with me properly about the whereabouts of my package unless I begged for some info. On top of that I shared their message with my team and everyone mentioned how passive aggressive their replies are for someone who spent £250.

They eventually told me that royal mail got back to them and forgot to scan the package and loaded it in their truck and it’s en route to me on the 13th of March (lie number 5). Lmao so you’re telling me that my package was lying in the truck for a week without any scan? On Monday the 16th I finally got a notification on royal mail that a package has been handed in a parcel shop so guess what they didn’t send my package a week ago. So many lies I’ve lost track now. They only sent my watch after almost a month because I constantly had to text them and told them I’d file a chargeback.

Coming to the watch quality- it’s very very average, the links are of low quality. The dials sapphire crystal is definitely not sapphire crystal, I’ve owned watches with it and this looks like used glass. There are way better options out there. Also I received my watch after almost a month.

Watch them reply and blame it on me now but please don’t order from them and save your money and mental health.

What a horrible and joke of a company.

Watch is lovely, exactly what I wanted and has come out perfect! I went for a custom GMT mod, I definitely recommend.

From the very start DHWatchMods were very attentive with communication on my specific request, and they made the whole experience fun as well as formative to my ideas. I ended up with the product I desired and good old fashioned customer service AAA****

I recently received my Seiko mod watch and overall I am very impressed.

The website is nice-looking, easy to use, and functions very well, with a lot of customization possibilities, which was exactly what I was looking for and ultimately why I chose to order from them. Before purchasing, I read many reviews of different Seiko mod sites in Europe, and this one felt more trustworthy and professional than most, even though i had to pay VAT upon receiving it.

Communication was another strong point. David and his team were quick to respond to every question I had, with clear and helpful answers throughout the process. That gave me confidence as a customer.

I also really liked the packaging, which felt well thought out. And of course, the watch itself looks fantastic. I am genuinely impressed with the overall quality feel.

I tested the watch on a timegrapher, and the results were excellent (around +2 to +3 seconds per day, ~260–280° amplitude, and ~0.2 ms beat error), which is very good for an NH35 movement. The watch also weighs 160 grams, which feels perfectly balanced on the wrist.

There is honestly nothing bad I experienced. I only see a small opportunity to further enhance the customer experience. I originally discovered the watch I wanted on their Instagram, where it was shown with a gold rotor installed.

I assumed the watch I ordered would include this, as there was no option in the configurator to add it, nor any notice that the upgraded golden rotor was only installed upon request.

After shipping, David explained this to me, and I mentioned that I simply wasn’t aware of it beforehand. I would have happily paid extra to include the gold rotor if that had been clear during configuration.

I ordered the watch on the 26th of December 2025, it was shipped on the 6th of January, and got it on the 20th of January 2026, this primarily due to the Swedish customs.

Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend them or order again in the future.

Quality of watch is terrific: weight and finish give it a premium feel. I went with a Perpetual/Explorer hybrid mod. Paired with a leather strap it creates perfect retro styling.

Just recieved my watch today , really impressed with it .ive had a few mods from other people and they can be hit and miss but not here the crown is perfect engages well ,the dial is spotlass and the date and cyclops line up perfect very happy .I orderd to late for a Christmas delivery but the guys got it to before new year which is perfect. Watch was packaged very well and a royal mail delivery is always appreciated. Also as a bonus they sent me a travel donut as well really nice touch would definitely recommend
