Hello fresh

Partner wanted to try hello fresh and she did everything was good until our last box there was no notifications sent to say that our box was coming (Thursdays) we get to about 8pm and suddenly there is a email from DPD saying that there is an issue with ur delivery and it wouldn’t be coming she then contacted hello fresh and someone said that there was a problem with ur order and a full credit would be given for ur next box (NOT GOOD ENOUGH) so with a 3 year old here I had to do a shop to get some food in just seamed like hello fresh couldn’t give a monkeys about this order and as for DPD what a delivery company that is last 4-5 times she’s had the delivery from hello fresh driver just dumps box on driveway and goes avoid both these companies because it’s like they don’t give a dam only after ur money

What can I say about this so called parcel delivery company
so on 5th June I changed to deliver to neighbour (screenshot was taken) today 9th June the driver ignores this and just dumps it on front door step not happy want a complaint made about this driver as he is representing the yodel brand this is shocking service as it was just dumped in the doorstep next to a flower pot on a busy road where anyone could have walked away with it shocking service complaint now driver shouldn’t be working if he can’t follow simple instructions screenshots of all changes that were made to delivery photos of item just dumped on front door step should be ashamed to call urselfs a parcel delivery company

so i put a review up on here about glasses direct 3 weeks ago i was then given a message saying they were needing additional info that was sent same day this is message I received
Well information was supplied and surprise surprise no one even acknowledged receipt of it or messaged to say were on case use don’t care customer service is a complete joke avoid this company at all costs

so yodel 11 days to deliver a t-shirt joke should be ashamed to call urselfs a parcel delivery company on the 20/03/26 11:26 i asked for it to be delivered to neighbours what did the driver do on 27/03/26 stuck it through the letterbox completely ignored the bit about deliver to neighbours place unfortunately I’ve still got to give use 1 star if i had choice ud get no stars joke of a company AVOID AVOID AVOID ase use are cowboys

Driver pulls up to door gets out drops parcel at front door (does not chap door) stands back takes photo then gets in van and goes away
all captured on cctv camera on the app it says it’s been delivered to my safe place and a card was put through door eh no no card either but is a front door step a safe place NO shocking service AVOID AVOID AVOID cowboys is what use are

Ordered glasses couple weeks of wearing them left side lens popping out at top (not in frame) wouldn’t recommend it’s like it’s not seated properly ——SO update they requested more information like order number email address phone number all was supplied that day of Glasses direct messaging we’ll surprise surprise they have not got back either to acknowledge the reply or message to say what’s happening next couldn’t care happy to take ur money though

Put in a prescription for stuff never heard anything called and said use have got this 7 days ago never heard for pick up “oh that’s because we don’t have the items we expect them in about another 5-7 days time well dears Kelty pharmacy thanks for letting me know about this if I didn’t call would have been none the wiser took prescription back and went somewhere else without this hassle won’t be back heard from others as well about stuff not being in and when employees say do they have any left this person said no they don’t well suddenly like the shopkeeper in mr Ben they found some tablets that they were waiting on shops not got a clue AVOID AVOID AVOID

So Saturday 4th October we went to the cowdenbeath store at 3.44 I was just about to enter the store when a metal sign was blown from a herrass fence and straight into my leg I was taken to the back of store and asked to go into toilet and check my leg was cut and bleeding I took photos and showed them to the B&M worker who said I’d better show this to my manager I filled out a accident form and that was that I was told that’s all we can do I didn’t feel like they were interested in what’s happened just get out store (my opinion) on Sunday 5th someone called (Julie) I think she said how are u and we saw the sign fly off and hit u (didn’t think she gave a monkeys as well) on 6th I called head office I spoke to someone from Human Resources who said I was windy Saturday so why did u go out so here’s a question did B&M shut the shop NO did B&M employees turn up to work YES use did I felt that this was getting turned on me as my fault for coming to the shop that’s how it came accross B&M use are rotten to the core any excuse to move blame from use the sign was B&M’s the sign was on B&M premises so how is this my fault should be ashamed of urself take ownership of this and stop blaming others take ownership of it even ur reply that’s a joke

been more than patience with this ordered watch (he sells fake watches) wrong watch was delivered someone from customer services messaged yesterday and started arguing that i had received the correct one i sent the shop order tracker with photo of watch i wanted i was then told that Tommy was having problems with site and that as i went with the photo that was put on another watch which was not that corresponding description I replied that I don’t know watch’s and seen the photo and liked it bought it so someone has messed up and stuck the wrong watch photo next to a different watch description Tommy has so far failed to contact despite repeated messages from myself to sort this service is shocking when things go wrong he does not want to know but he’s ok taking ur money trading standards will be contacted about this in the NN113RB station road woodford haise area u can bet on that

bought beets went to collect spent 15 mins waiting on them looking for it gave the salesman order number 3 times then he just went away from till other salesman got the order then blamed head office for it as no paperwork sent joke

So myself and partner booked Parkdean resorts sundrum castle Ayr arrived Monday the 21st got keys caravan dirty nail clippings on floor toast crumbs on bunkers crumbs of food in a wee unit thing in single bedroom other single bedroom stank of mould/damp shower leaked from hose not good at all photos taken of nails and crumbs and shower

So this is what is on the yodel site

This parcel needs to be delivered to a person, but when our driver delivers your
parcel, they may:
• Take a photo of it in your open doorway or
• Deliver
to
neighbour and take a photo as proof of delivery

None of this was followed it was dumped in a storage bin instructions were not followed according to yodels messages on the app photo there and also screenshot of instructions to leave at neighbours house also photo of it dumped in a storage bin joke so what’s the point in the message on app saying needs to be handed to a person if drivers just do what they want do use actually know what the drivers are doing while out on rounds clearly no so AVOID AVOID AVOID this company

Halfords dash cam missing bits

So on 05/4/25 I popped into the Halfords’s Dunfermline store to buy a dash cam I knew what I was wanting and spoke to someone I told him I wanted a dash cam front and back bundle it was purchased and paid fitting was 2 pm on the 19/4/25 on the day of fitting I had a phone call from the fitter to say “it was a front and back cam bundle u wanted yes it was well they (people in shop) have only ordered a single one the fitter man was going to try and get me one but it would result in more expense £35 he thought I asked how this came about with wrong order he didn’t know so now I’ve to hang about to see is this other bit can be sourced so if ur thinking about anything don’t go to Halfords AVOID AVOID AVOID when I called Halfords customer support woman asked “did u not check ur receipt when u ordered it eh no as I told them what I wanted and thought they would have enough know how to order the rite one so NA AVOID AVOID AVOID useless
