Hello fresh
Partner wanted to try hello fresh and she did everything was good until our last box there was no notifications sent to say that our box was coming (Thursdays) we get to about 8pm and suddenly there is a email from DPD saying that there is an issue with ur delivery and it wouldn’t be coming she then contacted hello fresh and someone said that there was a problem with ur order and a full credit would be given for ur next box (NOT GOOD ENOUGH) so with a 3 year old here I had to do a shop to get some food in just seamed like hello fresh couldn’t give a monkeys about this order and as for DPD what a delivery company that is last 4-5 times she’s had the delivery from hello fresh driver just dumps box on driveway and goes avoid both these companies because it’s like they don’t give a dam only after ur money
