One of the best things about the customer service at Stan is that if you are up at 1am so are they. They answer all your questions & provide samples. Don’t make you sound dumb and they are always so polite.
Today I tried out their AI product “Annie” who was very helpful but then we moved on to Elvin - 100% human. Both were great!

Scammers had infiltrated my Stan store and had sent a message to Stan to have my store cancelled. Rebecca was very quick to respond and calm my fears. She deleted the notice for cancellation and assured me my store was safe. Shout out to Rebecca for making me feel much better about the situation!

I thought I ordered a DeWalt sprayer kit from Menards for $95. It looked iffy from the onset because stan.store is not Menards. I got no confirmation number of order number on the emailed receipt. So I called my bank card company. Confirmed fraud. There is a pending charge of $95 to "misc schools educational services". That is not a sprayer.

Blew it out of the water! I had a minor heart attack when my store wasn’t reflecting things I needed to see and I contacted Stan Store Customer Service - they responded within 5 minutes, solved my problem & helped me proceed forward with pictures and super simple explanation. They are amazing! Highly recommend!!!!

Woke up to my subscription being cancelled and unable to login or reset my storefront password when I was charged twice for the $29 subscription fee and they went through so I am so confused to why I cannot access my account I have orders to ship out and my acciung just vanished. I contacted them via email two days ago multiple times and no response whatsoever just crickets. This is very upsetting I worked hard for my funds and it was all just taken away just like that with no assistance to get it back.

Stan store's AI is sooooo good! I emailed them and they responded back in less than 5 minutes. Then they hooked me up with a real person that works for them. It was amazing. They resolved it quickly 10/10!
