I ordered 4 bras from this company. According to their sizing I should have been a size Small. I like bras to be loose so I ordered 3 mediums and one small just for comparison. Only one of the medium bras felt comfortable. Unfortunately the others were very tight and the small was of course was too small. When I went to return I discovered two items were final sale, meaning I couldn’t return them at all. Funny, I thought the website boasted easy and quick reviews. At this price point, they should all be returnable. Unfortunately after spending $280 I only have one new bra. The return was not easy either, being promoted to accept store credit instead, and then charged $8 to be refunded. Payment being refunded up to 3 weeks after they accept the item back. Wow. Buyer beware!! Also, of the 5 models on their site, 4 are wearing a size small. Not very helpful.

Very disappointed in their return policy. Charging a processing fee for a first time buyer to return product. I did not feel the quality of the product was inline with price charged. Since I had never seen their product, I was not impressed when I received the products. The Ryan hoodie and Hazel tunic was pretty shapeless. Loved the feel of the material, but just was not right for me.

So easy to order and love reading the reviews and comments on the Woolx Facebook page. It is nice to see what actual customers think abut he products. Seems like a very positive group of people that run it too! Love the fabric too!

Slow standard shipping however exchanges are easy. Customer service reps are professional and efficient.

I have ordered a hoodie and a mystery bag. I love my hoodie so much and the mystery bag had a Cassie dress in a color I like, so I am thrilled. About ready to go on a trip to France and taking both of my Woolx clothing. Love my Woolx so much.

Wool pants look great, drape well, comfortable and warm, not itchy. Nice neutral shade of brown, pockets are a plus.

These products are all they say they are. The performance of the fabric is high-quality and up to high standards.

Orders are promptly filled and when exchanges are needed they are helpful. Quality products.

WoolX used to be a great company in terms of customer service. They recently made changes to their alleged "satisfaction guaranteed" policy with respect to returns. Here's the problem: Customers are no longer given an immediate credit when items are returned via the mechanisms provided by the company. This change is NOT reflected on their product return page - only when a return is necessary. NO ONE advises customers that IF they choose Happy Returns there is NO tracking mechanism - the item is just indicated as dropped off and their customer service representation advises that IF I wanted to be able to track my item I'd have needed to select USPS. Of course it's too late for that. QUICK as a rabbit to CHARGE my credit card - then also QUICK to charge a fee to return an item with NO access to tracking. And a potential 14-21 day wait for a refund. The products are good quality but customer service has been sacrificed in the interest of what appears to be the "float" - hanging onto a refund for up to 21 days. I PAID the charge and returned an item in perfect condition that was on my body for less than 1 minute and now I am waiting for a refund. With no ability to track the package in their system. Not acceptable. I'll purchase from Wool& or another reputable merino wool company in the future. All the prancing and bragging of the owner on social media cannot make for good service.

I ordered a bra from this company. It was expensive, but I’ll pay for quality. I did not like the fit. I would have exchanged for a different product, but they didn’t have anything in stock in the size I wanted and I was really looking for a wool bra. I was forced to return the product at a loss due to a restocking fee and return shipping fee. It’s been 10 days and I still haven’t received my short changed refund. I’m annoyed and definitely wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone unless you just have money laying around to not get back for who ever knows how long.
