Mostly happy, need more selection for quince accessories.
We worked with 2 different fitting girls and they were both wonderful. The dress is great...the ladies who help pin and the manager were all wonderful. Ultimately though we ended up with a dress that was slightly too short so we couldn't do the cupcake hoop and they didnt have an inbetween size. Also the extras , jewelry , shoes seem to be more geared to prom than quince and I was disappointed we had to go somewhere else for everything besides the dress. When we went to pick up dress after alteration, we had to go to a different location to try on because we still needed a hoop. It was obvious that we werent following the normal protocol even though I had called about it, I still read the irritation. But the sweet young lady who helped us had redeemimg qualities. And when I got the dress back from steaming it was missing a sequin in the front so I'll just have to cut off the matching one.... and it was sooooo wrinkled....it seemed like they put it in the bag before it had a chance to cool. Maybe they should have waited till I arrived to bag it up...? So now I had to invest in a professional steamer and will just steam it on location..it is a large dress and I likely would have wrinkled it anyway. My daughter is happy and you did bend over backward with the strap alteration, (though at first it seemed like they couldnt help, they ultimately found a solution) so overall happy. Thank you.

Why I gave 3 stars instead of 5
I love the fact that Peaches 🍑 have a wide selection of dresses. You’re sure to come out with a dress sooner or later. But I was pretty nervous about receiving my daughter’s dress on time. I had to call them to see was the dress ready after alterations. Which was 7 weeks later. Also I was told that my daughters alterations would be a flat rate if $120. She only got the front of her dress hemmed. When I got to the counter the charged me an extra $40.

It's Too Much
The sales consultants are overwhelming. They don't really give you space and insist on going into the room with you vs your family member. They tell you to move away when you are there to help your child. The rule against taking photos is ridiculous. No one is trying to steal designs but having feedback from their friends is so important. The pricing is a little insane for prom dresses.
