SUPER customer service
SUPER customer service. I ordered the wrong size - 100% on me. I called to see about a return. The owner (really!) answered the call, listened to me, said “no problem”, and then took the time to help me find the right size, and we made the exchange at his expense. I cannot say enough good about the customer service. Oh, and the products? Also first quality. I’ll buy again.

Your size chart is inaccurate
Your size chart is inaccurate. Medium is supposed to equal 7 3/8, which is what I wear. Your medium is much undersize. I need to send it back for an exchange.

This is a quality product.
I am pleased with this hat: it fits well and is well made. Delivery only took a few days. I would note that I usually wear a large and had to order an extra large to get a good fit. I would also recommend to Celtic that they brighten the color palate slightly. The tweeds are attractive, but the hat would be a better three-season hat with lighter colors.

Very nice socks - happy - just one suggestion for improvement
Very nice socks! In April 2026, I purchased four pairs of the Irish Country Women’s Wool Socks, in different colors. I wear them around the house and use them like slippers. They keep my feet warm and cozy, and the wool is breathable. I washed them before wearing, and hung them to air dry. I've worn these socks for the past 45+ days, and the socks are still in excellent condition.
I gave one of the pairs of socks to a good friend of mine, who reports they are very happy with them as well.
I have only one suggestion for these socks - the seam that runs across the toes, if that could be made a bit softer, that would make these socks perfect.
