I was having trouble finding parts that were available for shipping for my BMW M Roadster and needed additional parts as the vehicle was in the shop getting maintenance and needed additional parts. I searched parts suppliers in Canada and Exo Performance came up. I emailed and called them by phone and spoke to Sebastian, the owner. I explained my situation and he was very helpful at sourcing parts quickly and expediting their delivery across the country. I got the parts in 2 business days and prices were very good.
What I appreciated most was the time and effort Seb made to source the parts asap. He was very helpful and knew a lot about my car, which few do, and suggested I also replace the chain guide in the vanos unit while it was being serviced. It isn't often that you feel like a parts supplier really cares about you and your vehicle.
I just purchased another BMW and will definitely use Exo Performance as my parts supplier. My mechanic wasn't aware of them and he is always looking for reliable parts suppliers. If you need parts, advice, suggestions and appreciate good, friendly professional courteous customer service, I highly recommend you give Exo Performance a call. I emailed Exo to inquire regarding shipping options, and got no response. I decided to purchase anyway since the item was on sale, and was disappointed in the almost $50 shipping cost for a tiny 3"x3" box within Canada, it is almost like they are putting the item on sale and then making up the difference by overcharging for shipping. The item arrived in a pretty reasonable amount of time, but the cost was insane and offset any savings from the sale.
Edit: Thank you very much for fixing the shipping charge, I can see that my account has been credited the $16. I can't find a response to my original shipping question in my junk mail or deleted items, so not sure what happened with that. But you seem like a honest company and I'll likely consider purchasing from you again, Changed to 5 star as I no longer have any complaints.

I canceled my order because they informed me it wouldn't be available until late February. To this day, I haven't received the refund for the order on my card. Additionally, they seem unaware that not all customers speak French, as I'm unable to understand the message when I call. Overall, the service has been unsatisfactory.
I stand by the above review and still waiting for the refund. Even their site says that the order is canceled.
Like I said you have it in the chat the message you sent in regards to the order being not in stock until late February. I replied there 2 times.
Not changing my initial review. I will no longer reply to any more requests to change my review.

Here is the invoice from your site showing that you ordered it after I cancelled on your message center and mentioned it on the initial review. So I will expect the full amount returned to my card since you never ordered till after I did the review.

Order did not ship until 2 weeks after it was placed. After reading the fine print, you learn shipping will only take place 6-12 business days after your order was placed. Regardless, it did NOT ship within this delay, and they did not answer or return my call after the delay was exceeded. After sharing my experience with friends, I learned they had also had similar experiences with EXO in the past. Will stay away going forward.

Customer Service is nice and speedy to respond to inquiries.
Though it gives a feeling of security, the “nofraud” piece of the ordering transaction isn’t quite as quick to happen… it presented kind of a waiting/guessing game as to the status of the completion of my order. I ordered on Sept 23rd and just received my item on Oct 20th.
