Returned a sealed, unopened product and helped them recover items they accidentally shipped me. Got hit with $720 in undisclosed fees on the refund, including a 3.5% credit card surcharge that's illegal to charge consumers in Quebec under the Consumer Protection Act. None of these fees appear in their published returns policy. Read it carefully before buying.

The product purchased was a warehouse-transfer / special-order item, which is generally non-returnable and non-cancellable once supplier processing has begun. Despite this, we agreed to accept the return as a courtesy exception.
The refund deductions were applied in accordance with our published Returns & Cancellation Policy and reflected non-recoverable supplier restocking, shipping/logistics, customs/brokerage, and payment processing costs associated with this special-order transaction. Contrary to the statement in your review, these categories of fees are specifically disclosed in our published policy.
The additional items that were mistakenly included in your shipment were unrelated to these deductions, and we covered the return shipping costs required to recover those items.
We also offered alternative resolutions, including store credit and the option to have the product returned to you at no additional cost if you preferred to resell it privately. These options were made available in an effort to help maximize your recovery and remain available for discussion.
We appreciate your business and remain willing to work toward a reasonable resolution.
