Booked room in Paris however due to family illness iv had to cancel within plenty of time. I have emailed with confirmation of cancellation but radio silence since when requesting when i will get my refund. Multiple emails and absolutely nothing back. I cancelled weeks ago and would never expect to have to chase like this. Unacceptable
Avoid Billabook! They claim to approve refunds but refuse to state the amount or provide an invoice.
I am extremely disappointed with Billabook's customer support. I had to cancel my reservation at the Leonardo Hotel Vienna Schonbrunn (Booking Number: 1690284).
Back on June 4th, I received an email from their accounts team stating that my refund had been approved. Since then, I have sent multiple emails simply asking for a formal document or a clear statement showing the exact refund amount.
Not only have they failed to provide any official documentation, but they also completely refuse to state what the refund amount actually is. They are completely ignoring my emails and stonewalling my requests for basic financial transparency.
This is unacceptable and highly suspicious behavior for a booking agency. Today is June 21st, and despite multiple urgent reminders today, I am still left completely in the dark.
If you expect transparency or basic customer service, DO NOT BOOK WITH BILLABOOK. I demand that Billabook contact me immediately with a formal invoice detailing the exact refund amount.

AVOID, no reply to emails. I paid for hotel on full then 1 months later they contacted me to say there is a discrepancy in my booking so you can cancel at full refund. Still waiting for my refund and no response from Billabook.

Terrible aka non-existent customer service
I have to admit that the original mistake was mine: I accidentally made a non-refundable booking for the wrong travel dates. However, I noticed the issue immediately and contacted the company within minutes of receiving the confirmation to ask whether anything could be done.
I was referred to the cancellation policy, which is of course fair, although not particularly helpful in this situation.
What disappointed me far more was the complete lack of follow-up customer care afterwards. After one additional interaction, in which I was asked to confirm the correct dates, communication simply stopped. That was about two weeks ago, despite several polite follow-up emails asking for a status update.
I fully understand that non-refundable conditions may limit what can be done. However, from a minimal level of customer care, I would expect at least some effort to remedy the situation and/or some explanation as to why nothing can be done despite having looked into it. A good level of customer care and retention would even involve some degree of goodwill on their end.
Well, it is what it is, but I am quite disappointed, to say the least, and will avoid this company for future bookings.

The worst holiday booking company you can think of ! Do not waste your time. They scammed us of our booking. We turned up to our hotel in Crete with them saying there was no reservation under our name. If it wasn’t for the hotel securing us a room for the night , we would have been stranded as it was 1 am in the morning and no clue of whether there was availability in the area. We did a charge back and they proceeded to take the money back which is insane. Our bank is now involved and it’s almost taken a year to get our money back and counting !

On April 11, 2026, I booked a hotel room for April 18th to April 19th, 2026, in Baltimore, Maryland.
My sister and I arrived at the hotel to check in but we were informed that the room had been canceled. However, we were not notified of this cancellation via email. I attempted to contact the hotel using the provided contact number online, but only received a robotic voicemail. No one contacted me to apologize for the inconvenience. I've sent an email concerning my refund and no one reached out. I strongly advise against using this contact number, as it is likely a scam.
I believe that this business is fraudulent and that I am entitled to a full refund. I will not recommend “BILLABOOKS.com” to anyone due to the deceptive practices employed by the company.
Priceline is the way to and much more trustworthy!!!!!

Unreliable, no any confirmation, no reservation number after payment
I made a hotel reservation in Marbella on April 17. The money was charged immediately, BUT there has been no confirmation email with a reservation number or any other feedback. There is no information available to track the booking.
Check-in is planned for April 18. We are traveling as a family with a child, and right now we are essentially in a situation where we may end up without a hotel despite having paid for it.
There is no support phone number, only an email.
Avoid! Trust only official websites.

Billabook (aka Bilabook) scammed me
Billabook (aka Bilabook) scammed me. They did not make the reservation I paid them to make. The hotel had no reservation from them for me, and never heard of them. Billabook used it's "no refunds or cancellation" policy to justify not refunding my money. However, US law says that if a vendor does not deliver the product or service they received payment for, their "no refund policy" does not apply, the contract was breached and the money must be refunded. Yes I used Mastercard. No, Mastercard did not refund my money.

Changed cancellation policy after payment
Booked a specific hotel because the booking stated free cancellations until April 29 on several pages during the booking process. Kept screenshots of every page. As soon as I'd paid, it said that cancellations after April 14th were $30 and not possible after April 29th. Emailed to complain immediately (evening April 10th) as no phone number available anywhere. Received response April 11th with the confirmation of my booking again, no follow up. Replied with demand to have originally stated cancellation date honoured, have not heard since (April 13th); cancelled reservation and flagged to my credit card company. Wish I'd read the reviews here first!
