AVOID, no reply to emails. I paid for hotel on full then 1 months later they contacted me to say there is a discrepancy in my booking so you can cancel at full refund. Still waiting for my refund and no response from Billabook. There reviews speaks volume. AVIOD
Another guest walked into my room at 1.30am, whilst my family and I were asleep. They reception staff gave another person the same room. I gave Travelodge customer services to put it right and they offered me £40. This is very poor as my weekend was ruined and we could not sleep. They would certainly learn a few things from their competitors on how to resolve complaints.
Wow, what an experience from Mena at Trafford Centre. From the first encounter over a year ago go to today he has been exceptional. Our recent visit was what makes memories and this experience was amazing. He goes above and beyond and truly made us feel comfortable and got to know my family and I. Here is to long lasting relationship. Thanks you.

What an amazing experience from the St Anne’s Manchester team. They are all very friendly, welcoming and deliver s as n exceptional service. I want to highlight Maryam who is absolutely brilliant, she delivers exceptional service every time.
Bought a gift card that does not work and their customer services department is an absolute joke and totally incompetent. It’s been 5 weeks and no resolution and after week 3 no response from them. They pass me to merchandising department and they pass to round the houses.

What an amazing experience from Jean-Louis, Nathan and Volcan. I registered my interest for a Rolex for my daughter and within a few months Nathan contacted me to arrange collection.
Upon my visit to the Selfridges Rolex boutique, I explained to Volcan it is a surprise gift who set up a watch in a private room with drinks. Jean- Louis made us feel very welcome and made us all feel very special, he showed a genuine interest in us and wowed us with an amazing experience.

I visited the EJ shop today in St Ann’s Manchester, what a delight to be welcomed by the team and as usual Sarah, Fredrico and the team always makes us feel welcome, valued and special. We like visiting the store as the service and rapport with the team is amazing.
Amazing service, got a good price compared to other dealers, deal was completed very quick. Joanne helped secure the plate and Russell completed the sale.
I would definitely recommend their services and will be using again.

I have been buying from the store for over 10 years now and always find them very helpful.
I recently experienced some issues with the seat cushions on my sofa, I contacted Lourdes who was very helpful and dealt with the issue promptly and resolved it quickly.
It’s good for very low mileage drivers. Pence per mile is expensive.

Thanks so much for your feedback. We do try to be as fair as possible when it comes to pricing and we will always offer the lowest possible price, based on the details you've given.
We do offer a few things to help you out if you end up driving a lot Firstly, we cap your daily miles at 150 a day. That means we won't charge you for more than that if you do a long journey (or lots of journeys in a single day). Depending on your driving patterns this could really help keep the price of your monthly statement down - even if you like to go on the odd road trip! So for example, if you drove 200 miles in a day, only 150 miles would be charged for that day. The remaining 50 miles are on us! Secondly, we cap the overall miles charged at 10,000 a year, just in case your circumstances change and you suddenly need to do a lot of driving.
You can also help keep your monthly costs down with our referral scheme. You can earn Free Miles credit by referring friends or family to join By Miles. Just send them the referral link on your app or your online web dashboard. They can then use this link to buy a policy, and we'll give you both (subject to our T&Cs).
