Sanele was extremely helpful with my refund!
I had an issue with the hotel room we were given upon our arrival (needed a double queen and received a single queen). The hotel did not have an available double queen room, so we had to move to another hotel entirely. Sanele helped me with my refund on the original reservation and I truly appreciated his patience, kindness, and understanding! Five gold stars for Sanele!!!!

This hotel was superb
This hotel was superb. My experience was amazing. My host Hetal Patel was an ageless and very attentive. She made our stay a memorable experience. She also gave us a free bottle of champagne. We felt like VIP. I loved it. The hotel was clean, the service was fantastic, and she even gave us free drink vouchers for the bar where my wife met her new best friend ( letti) also a very kind soul. I felt right at home. I will definitely return to this location. There was a guy named Chris I believe who did our check out that didn’t seem like he wanted to be there but we all have our days I guess. But other than that I would say this hotel is a 10 out of 10.

I don't know how they can offer such great prices!
I don't know how they do it, but Super regularly has hotel rates well below everyone else. The first couple of times I used it I felt nervous that maybe I'd get to the hotel and they wouldn't honor my reservation, but it's worked just fine both times. Only downside is that most hotel loyalty programs I use won't give you any points when you book through Super, but Super is supposed to have pretty generous cash back (still waiting to receive mine).

Needs improvement
Staff was very friendly. Room was not very nice. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and made a lot of squeaking noises. The chair at the desk in the room the all ripped on the seat part. The free breakfast was extremely basic and had very few options and no plates had to use small bowls.
