クラスメソッドが運営するIT系技術ブログDevelopers.IOのカンファレンスイベントDevelopers.IO 2017にて、セッション「Alexaで変わる開発、変わらない開発」を発表しました。そのレポートです。 発表スライド セッション概要 Alexaの概要から、技術的なこと、技術的なこと以外のことをお話しました。 時間が無くて深くは話せなかったのですが、重要なのは「技術的なこと以外のこと」です。 VUIの開発経験は開発者・ビジネスオーナー共に無いことが多く、マーケティング施策とあわせて不明なことが多い状況です。 決して技術的に困難なわけではありません。単純に、経験が足りていないということなのだと思います。 今回の発表をきっかけに、VUIに興味を持ち、UXを共に考えて実装してくれる人が増えるとうれしいです。

ベトナミーズレストランはペニンスラ界隈にも多々あるけれど、どこもメニューは同じようなものばかり。でも、San Joseのリースオフィスと思われる場所に店を構える Mi Quang Co Thaoはちょっと違う。ベトナミーズ定番のフォーはメニューの端っこにちょこんとあるだけで、見たことない料理がいくつも並ぶ。 こちらは店名を冠したシグネチャディッシュ。ターメリックを練り込んだ黄色いヌードルを鶏肉を煮込んだスープにつけて食べるらしい（食べ方がそれで正しいのか不明） メニューは写真入りなのでイメージしやすいが、どれも今までに見たことのない料理が並んでいて、片っ端から試したくなる。 まだまだ、面白い店があるものだな。 この店、ステージもあったので、週末はベトナミーズ歌謡ショーで盛り上がっているんじゃなかろうか、と思いつつ店を出た。この日はたまたまSan Joseオフィスでのミーティング前に立ち寄れ
