With being new to a gluten free diet I looked a a number of sites and found Iherb carried everything I was looking for in one place so placed an order but so far have not prepared anything with the products yet as I just received the items and my schedule has kept me fairly busy adjusting to the new diet.

Just gave Google a positive review. Once again, if you need non-perishable food items because you're living in an over processed food world and wish to extend your longevity, iHerb is for you. Easy order, free shipping, fast delivery of items beautifully packaged. Yes!

Well, no customer service anymore.
Almost every time I try to use it I have to create a new password.
This time they had me going in circles with sending a code, so I leave to get the texted code but when I came back, I had to start over and they'd send me a new code and then, you know rinse and repeat.
Tried to contact them but couldn't without logging in....
So, I went elsewhere. Sad, use to love iHerb but then they had customer service.
No more iHerb for me.

I have shopped periodically. For years and have been extremely satisfied. This most recent shopping has given me new products to try. I have been most pleased
with the quality of all of the items, especially the Monk Sugar. I love the new types of bar soap. Delivery speed has been the best surprise of all. Absolutely will shop
there more often.

Overall, the experience was good. I could not find items in the size I wanted, but the other items I was looking for I did find. They arrived within the time I expected and the only other negative matter that bothered me was that the bars I ordered expire next month. I generally hope for a few months before an item I order on line is to expire. The items were in tact and not damaged.

Customer Service is NOW using "AI" Using a shipping company called "UNIUNI" which emails you BOGUS shipping details & contradicts it's own information. States merchandise "shipped" when in fact, it has NOT SHIPPED. Dealt with their UNIUNI CS rep who responded just like their AI CS. iHerb collected their $$ even though merchandise has NOT SHIPPED. DELETED MY ACCOUNT, DONE WITH IHerb, AI CS, UNIUNI, THIEVES & LIARS

I appreciate the fair prices and the prompt delivery. I like how I only have to spend $25 in order for free shipping.

What a dissapointing service! If your order is an international shipping and if anything goes wrong with the delivery, because its an international sending the package gets destroyed and you dont get a refund even you want to send it back, just use local sites and dont let this site and service scam you with nice prices. I would never ever order from this place again and also will spread the word to all my surroundings where possible. The customer service chat is also AI so it repeats itself continues without any resolution possible. One of the worst customer experience that I had unfortunately.

I have tried for a long time and was not possible to contact a human customer service but after placing a negative review amazing you get in touch with me within a day! Wouw impressive!!

I recently ordered 3 laura geller balance and brighten from IHerb,the price was outstanding,the service was absolutely excellent,the order was processed immediately and was in the post and the delivery was on time and packaging was bubbled wrapped and boxed,the delivery service was tremendous,I would definitely recommend this seller for a wide variety products at a very competitive price.I will definitely be ordering again.Thank you IHerb M.Kelly

The products I ordered are exactly what was expected and they arrived on time. The thing I don't agree with is that the company was offering a 15% Father's Day sale price, but the products weren't allowed to receive this. I looked at the company exclusion for sales, and I didn't see the company listed on it! This should be remedied immediately!

This is my second purchase from this website, and unfortunately it will probably be my last. My order was sent faulty, and there is no effective customer support available. The chat system only provides automated replies, making it impossible to get real assistance.

Due to these problems, I have serious concerns about the authenticity of the products I received. A company selling supplements should provide accessible customer service and take responsibility when mistakes happen. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this website.

I've been a customer of Iherb for years and they have NEVER applied ANY of my reward points for orders to my account! NOT ONCE! There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY to email or contact a person to get anything resolved either and it seems that's how they like it too!! THIS IS BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE and this BS is NOT customer service, it's CUSTOMER OFFENSE and INJUSTICE!!!!!! THEY ARE A MONOPOLY NOW AND MUST BE BROKEN!!!!

My account was deactivated because I placed too many orders, which I can understand.

Then I contacted support and was asked to provide an authorization code, which I did. However, since then, I haven't received any response despite several follow-up messages.
