Package came in damaged and pieces…
Package came in damaged and pieces missing. Also It was not looking like the real packing I know… I have written the support and they first offered me a refund when I return the item and new shipping without delivery fee, but then send me a threatening message saying they don’t give me a return label, I have to pay it myself and suspect me. This is not only shoocking as a customer , it’s more suspicious after I have said I don’t believe they are real. Don’t buy here!!
Scam company
FAKE ITEMS! Do NOT buy from here. Like many others on here, the whitening strips being sold are not genuine.

Fake Bulgarian company - Fake product
Please read my honest review, it might be a little long but it could save you making a big buying mistake like me, thinking you are actually buying genuine Crest white strips from Crest.com when you are not. However regardless of what is said these companies appear linked.
Perhaps if we stop buying from Crest.com they will actually help customers who have been conned out of hard earned money by Crestwhite.co.uk, thinking they were buying a genuine Crest product for m a genuine Crest company, like me.
Crestwhite.co.uk are trading on the name of a trusted brand Crest.com. we the buyer are purchasing from Crestwhite.co.uk falsely believing this was a branch of Crest.com allowed as a UK based seller. Crestwhite.com are not based in the UK they just own the domain name and use it .co.uk to make unsuspecting buyers think they are buying from a UK based company who have to adhere to UK consumer law.
Crestwhite.co.uk are a reseller of Crest.com white strips. If these are genuine Crest.com strips then Crest.com are aware of this company and should do something to stop unsuspecting buyers from paying full retail price for near out of date product that are not fit for purpose, they are brittle, dry have no gel and do not whiten teeth.
If Crest.com are not linked to Crestwhite.co.uk why did Crestwhite.co.uk send me this in an email whilst attempting me to remove my negative review:
In addition, you do not have registered purchase on our website crestwhite.com which is our European website,
and it is not connected to our UK website (crestwhite.co.uk) in any way, so it is normal that our colleagues could not find any order there.
Colleagues suggests a connection!!
Below from Crestwhite.co.uk
As we have already offered, we are still ready to issue the full refund for your purchase, but if you remove your negative review on our website crestwhite.com
My personal update:
1. Crestwhite.co.uk are not a UK based company, they are not Crest com. However Crest.com should do something to protect buyers from purchasing their products from a scam, non UK based reseller of their products, or what they are telling buyers are genuine Crest.com strips.
2. Crestwhite.co.uk sell near out of date, brittle, unusable product at full retail price that have no gel/moisture and do not whiten teeth at all.
I have put this review on Crest.com because Crest.com can and should put a stop to this company selling their product a full retail price when they are not fit for purpose and are nearly out of date on purchase.
Genuine Crest White products, like purchases I have made in the past have 2 years expiry from manufacture, they have gel on them, they do mold to the shape of my teeth and they whiten my teeth fantastically well, even after just one application.
Crestwhite.co.uk product (whatever they are) do not do this, mine had no gel, were hard and brittle, did not fit the contours of my teeth and certainly did not whiten at all and certainly not like the results achieved from an authentic Crest product with a 2 year expiry date which I've used previously, many times.
The product I bought from Crestwhite.co.uk was for a full box (20 packets) of 18 levels whiter year product at a cost of £74+, Why did I think I was buying a product with a 2 year expiry date because that is the retail cost of genuine products – see below and
Crestwhite.co.uk did not tell me at any point I was buying near out of date stock at the price of newly manufactured strips.
Here are the specific, newly manufactured options available:
•Crest 3D White Age Renew / 18 Levels Whiter (20 Packets): Approx. £45.62 - £74.99.
Genuine Crest whitestrips typically have an expiry date of 24 months (2 years) from the date of manufacture.
Key details regarding the shelf life of Crest White Strips:
•Optimal Usage: For the best whitening results, it is recommended to use the strips before the "Best if Used By" date printed on the packaging.
•Product Degradation: hydrogen peroxide-based whitening gel begins to lose its potency, meaning they will be less effective at whitening teeth.
Before applying them, check the strips to ensure they are still in good condition:
•Gel Consistency: The gel should not be dried out. If it is, the strip will not adhere well and will be less effective.
•Adhesion: If the strips are brittle or do not stick to your teeth, they have lost their potency.
The genuine Crest company needs to step in and stop these companies scamming people who think they are buying genuine Crest products from a genuine company.

Too pricey
For the cost, I would have expected a little more, especially since the strips don't fit 100% precisely.
I have to say
I have to say, the shipping could be faster. But the product is fine
I've tried gels and trays before
I've tried gels and trays before, but the strips are so much more convenient and less messy. They dissolve sightly when you take them off, which means less clean-up.
Still great result
I am over 60 and was looking for something gentle. These strips worked wonders on my old stains. I only did the treatment for 10 days instead of 14.
Excellent service recovery and a truly fantastic product
My package was damaged during shipping, and customer service sent out a replacement immediately, no questions asked.
Telling everyone!
After years of being self-conscious about my smile, I finally feel confident. The whole treatment process was easy to integrate into my evening routine while watching TV. I'm telling everyone about these!
Could be improved.
The whitening result is solid, but the instruction booklet was mostly in a language I couldn't read well. I had to look up the application time online.
I used the Sensitive White version and…
I used the Sensitive White version and had virtually no sensitivity, which is a miracle for me. I usually can't use anything with peroxide. A noticeable difference in color!
The price is reasonable for the quality
The strips are effective, but I wish the upper strip was slightly wider to cover my back teeth better. The front six are perfect, though.
Great value for money
Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant. No weird taste, and they really stay put with the Advanced Seal Technology. My teeth are sparkling white for my wedding.
The strips are a game changer
The strips are a game changer! I noticed a significant difference after just three applications. They adhere perfectly, even when I'm walking around the house. Much more affordable than professional treatments and the resultsa re honestly comparable.
Would buy again.
Slight problem with delivery, however promptly rectified and customer service response was fast. Very happy with products and would definitely use the site again.
