Second time Fruugo haven't delivered what I have ordered!

It is the second time I have this experience on Fruugo.
After contact to Fruugo, the order have been refunded fully.

Copy batteries are fraud. Don't buy any!
I bought a 18v 5.0ah Xr litiumbatteri
CE-mærke: 1 - believing as the manufactorer had stated on Fruugos site, that it replaces a similar Dewalt battery. Fully charged if provides 5 minutes working capacity on my Dewalt pole hedge trimmer, whereas my +10 years old 4 ah batteries provide 60 minutes of cutting time.
Fruugo immediately owned up to their responsibility, pursuing the fraudulent supplier, and not least by returning my payment in full. They have my recommendation - and I'll be happy to buy other items via Fruugo.

Fake products marketed as original and money not refunded
I ordered and paid for an original iPad Smart Folio on the Fruugo website, only to doscover that the product was coming from China. When it arrived a month later, it was a cheap fake cover. I made a claim and the seller agreed to send the correct product. After another month I received another cheap fake. I made another claim. The seller has informed me they will remove the product for sale and are offering me a 20% refund. You are dealing with fraudulent sellers offering fake products which are being sold to Danish customers. This is really shocking and totally unacceptable. The least I expect is a full refund. But I never hear from Fruugo, only your ‘seller’.
