Straightforward, although not the Motorway Service Fee

Overall, a positive experience. I received a significantly better offer than WBAC, and listing the car through the app was easy, taking about 20 minutes to upload the photos and details. Once the auction had ended, the collection and payment process was very straightforward, and the money arrived promptly from the dealer via the Motorway app. Just be aware that Motorway charges a service fee, so it's worth taking that into account when comparing offers.

Good experience

Connected me to the right dealer for a slightly specialist car. I thought the app was a bit too clever for its own good at times. This meant I had to call Motorway a couple of times and both calls were a v positive experience - phone answered quickly, both people I spoke to clearly knew what they were doing and were v helpful to resolve things. Dealer collected, positive experience and was paid at point of collection.
