Very friendly and helpful 👌

Purchased a Skoda Superb Estate from Coventry branch.
First contact was with Toby who was very professional and went through the procedure and initial viewing of the vehicle with me. On collection I was dealt with by Archie Morgan who was a trainee but handled the situation very well despite his limited experience. I hope I treated him well and did not add to the difficulty of the experience. He was aided by a more senior member of staff, Akshay Sharma, who was able to fill in the gaps and answered all of my questions.
Apart from some items not delivered with the car I was very satisfied by all members of staff I encountered.

Picked up my new car from Motorpoint Newport yesterday and had a great experience. The whole process was smooth, straightforward, and hassle-free from start to finish.
A big thank you to Ollie, who was friendly, helpful, and kept everything running seamlessly. The car was exactly as described, and the handover was quick and efficient.

It was the first time I purchased a car from Motorpoint, as I usually buy a car from a private seller. But I found Motorpoint a very pleasant place to buy from knowing the cars are genuine and a safe place to purchase from unlike some of the smaller garages I have seen. I was left to look on my own, when I found a car I liked no pressure was put on me, and I felt totally comfortable buying from them and certainly will do in the future again.

Motorpoint Norwich. Excellent service from start to finish. We didn't intend to buy a car on the day as just wanted to look at a couple of different cars. We weren't hassled on arrival, just a polite ask what we wanted to look at. Kacey was brilliant, professional and very friendly. Listened to what we wanted and why, took plenty of time to answer all the questions we had about hybrid. Showed us an alternative to what we went to see....and we bought it!! Excellent service & support during our purchase at Motorpoint

Alex was great at helping me choose a new car given certain aspects that I wanted (bigger, boot space, automatic and something a little different in colourway). He took to the time to guide me through different vehicles and made the process of part exchange seamless.

We wasn't hassled when looking around the cars. We were told where the specific area was for the cars we were interested in. When we needed assistance there were staff on hand. As there were only a few models I was interested in, I was shown other models in their other stores. Nothing was too much when help was required. Overall very happy with price for my part exchange and love my new car.

He is genuinely interested and engages well. When looking at various vehicles on the forecourt, our questions were answered honestly in a supportive way, to ensure the vehicle met our expectations and budget.
We returned to Motorpoint Peterborough to see Sam, as we had received excellent customer care from a previous occasion.
It was one of the hottest days of the year with sweltering temperatures. All staff remained professional during these uncomfortable conditions.
We were offered drinks, cold water and even received a much appreciated and unexpected ice cream!.
Thank you Sam and the team for the excellent customer service and we love the Peugeot 208 we drove home the same day.

Everything was a good experience. The car was ready, no pressure to buy extras etc. My only gripe was after being told it had a full service history, when I checked, it had a basic service every 2 years. But the annual milage previously was around 3000 miles, so I let it pass

Excellent part exchange valuation, professional and courteous staff from the initial call to picking up my purchased vehicle. This is the first time I have purchased through Motorpoint… very happy with the service I received. I would like to share my experience with my recent vehicle purchase at Motorpoint Portsmouth.

First and foremost, I would like to give a special mention to Finn Harrison. Although he was not my designated sales advisor, Finn was always there whenever I visited the branch and was incredibly helpful every single time. He stepped up to assist with the communication and the booking process, taking care of scheduling and rescheduling my appointments to ensure everything was looked after. Finn showed outstanding professionalism and is a fantastic asset to your branch.

While there were unfortunately some shortcomings with my official sales process and the initial paperwork, the incredible dedication shown by Finn completely saved my experience.

I also had to return later for some final adjustments to the car, and I am grateful to Riley, for everything he did. His hard work and support ensured that all the work on the vehicle was completed properly and to a high standard.

A sympathetic and understanding salesman - Naz - who helped when we were having difficulty accessing our money.
Also the gear stick and housing came off the main gear lever. I took the car back and it was repaired there and then without fuss. Thank you.

Bought a BMW 1 series earlier from Motorpoint from Edwin Ricci, a first class salesman who was a pleasure to deal with. The process was very quick and easy . His manager was also fantastic resolving a minor issue for me, no thanks to customer service!.
