The whole team and experience. Kyia was exceptional from start to finish. I had several small "niggley", issues with the car, nothing serious, but Kyia addressed these with prompt, politeness and professionalism, from rebooking dates that weren't convenient to me, to ensuring all is well and fixed emails. The whole transaction was very smooth

The whole transaction was very smooth. The car is fabulous, just as described.
We got a fabulous offer for our trade in and we thought they might try and reduce it but it was exactly as they said.

Excellent S-Max exchange experience

We replaced our ageing S-Max with a newer model through Cinch. We opted to have it delivered to our home and Cinch accepted our old car as part ex. The new car was in brilliant condition and had been throughly cleaned. The handover specialist Rayan was friendly and talked us through the new car. Cinch also gave us a fair price for our part ex and didn't quibble on the price. We are very happy with the experience and would recommend Cinch to anyone wanting a hassle free car buying experience.

I can’t fault Cinch

I can’t fault Cinch. Got the car I wanted delivered and at a reasonable price. When I found 2-3 issues following an inspection for a main dealer warranty, they booked the car in to the main dealer and fixed the faults at no cost to me. People on the phone answered quickly and were kind, courteous and helpful. I would recommend Cinch if you are considering buying a car online. The only issue, which occurs with many modern cars, is finding the online service history albeit JLR had what of mine was available to them, plus it’s easy to download past MOTs.

Miss sold part exchange, renaged on compensation

Miss sold part exchange. Accepted the part exchanged vehicle with a declared engine fault. Upon home delivery of new car (having paid £200) they refused to complete the sale.

It was agreed to drive the car 2 hours to Bristol to complete the exchange at an agreed time. Turned up only to find the car was not on site. Returned later in the day to complete.

Complaint raised with local branch (Derby), limited response until sale completed. Complaint raised centrally no response.

I paid £200 for home delivery and instead incurred additional cost to deliver the car to them! Also had to reinsure my my car to make the journey costing a further £30.

There was an offer of financial settlement with however no communication since the car was collected.

Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company. Having purchased a car just months ago the following went wrong - air conditioning, front suspension and spark plugs. I also made the error of buying their (lol) extended warranty. Even though the suspension in particular has detiorated well in advance of normal industry standard I have been advised that none of this is covered by their'warranty'. When I asked for a refund on my warranty I was then advised that because I had a claim REJECTED via their warranty I was no longer entitled to a refund. Total con job of a company who are only interested in ripping you off and think customer service i some sort of optional extra that you probably need to pay extra for on another of their extra con job payments.

Good service when I picked up the car at Avonmouth, thanks Brendon. Good after sales care, a faulty tyre pressure senor was replaced with no quibble.

Very easy to buy a car with this company. Home delivery option is a great comfort. Delivery driver Hendrix arrived on time, was very helpful, explained the policies and gave some good advices. Very pleased with the service.
