I arrived in the shop, i felt really welcome - nice shop with really good service. Suggested things and told me her opionin, and in gerally 100%+ would recomend.
I was promised it would come up to 8-10 days. And how it worked out.
I recived an email where i could pick the delivering date on day 8. which is fine. But i couldent pick a date before 3 weeks later, and that was a dissapointment.

The sofas look and are better than what we saw on the website.
The experience in the store was great, we were given all the time in the world, the advice, I'm sad I fogot his name but the store responsible that day was amazing to us, helpful and friendly and even stayed longer than he should have with us, supported with design and decoration ideas to help us make the decision.
It is extremely important to have been able to go to the physical store, get this kind of support, sit and try the sofas, the materials, etc. Without having gone to the store, we would have probably gone for another one. It's almost a life decision and we got treated and supported with that importance.
As for the sofa and Hocker themselves, we are so far very happy with the purchase. It feels elegant, high quality, natural and healthy and looks great on our living room.
As advice/request: Please make sure to keep the store running because otherwise I would say it might damage your sales.
And if you can eventually also certify or guarantee that the filling of the sofas are as healthy as your fabrics and frames, it would be fantastic because healthy and natural materials was were important factors on our decision (as much as design, comfort, durability, price, being a European business, etc.).

Sofa doesnt have good quality foam.you can already see dents where I sit.It is more than 2 weeks old but the quality is poor considering the price.I dont know if they sent me an old display sofa but really,it is not good.

The quality of the product is excellent. But we had issues with the delivery, even though we mentioned at the time of order that the sofa needed to be delivered to the second floor. During the delivery, the delivery person initially refused to take the sofa to the apartment and was very unprofessional.

The quality of the Sofa is great, it looks amazing. Been using it for a month and is holding tight and easy to move.
Went to their store and got to test the furniture before I bought it.
When I ordered it it was said "to be available between 5-9 days", at the end it took like 1.5 months to arrive, but they did refunded the delivery cost!

Delivered weeks later than mentioned in the website, only reason I purchased.
Badgered with multiple emails every day to fill out this survey.
Does not come with holes to put legs into, although the instructions manual shows predrilled holes, so requires paying someone to come and build it. The guide marks for manual drilling don't match and are useless.

Both, service at the store in Munich and delivery were very good. Actually the woman at the store was very very helpful, she spent a long time with me helping me to decide, and even played with my child while I was busy. The only thing that didn't like me much was the time for delivery, the seller said it would be 2 weeks, but was nearly 4.

I ended up buying the Dylan Sofa eventually with a coffee table and few items for deco , and I am happy with the quality of my purchases .
The delivery on the other hand , wasn't handled professionally that day , it was quite chaotic and stressful .

We ordered the sofa without having tried it, so there was a bit of a leap of faith. We ordered a sample of the fabric to see if the color worked and was accurate on the website. It turned out the sample was a little different from what arrived, but we were still happy.

Great Customer Service and well crafted products. I purchased the Daphne Sofa set with the Récamiere and 2 X 1-Sitzer Modul. Besides that I also purchased the Aya Hocker. The Daphne Sofa set arrived on the given date but not the scheduled time. But the Aya Hocker has not been delivered as yet even though it was to be delivered today by Rhenus logistics between 7 - 9. Sofacompany needs to change their Logistics partner from Rhenus logistics to some other logistics provider as Rhenus logistics provides very bad service, does not deliver in the specified delivery window they promised and also there is no way to contact them. If Sofacompany is contacted then they have no visibility of the delivery. It is sad that Sofacompany provides a delivery window of 5 - 9 workdays and meets their SLA but Rhenus logistics does not manage to meet their SLA. Hence only 3 stars for Sofacompany as I was disappointed with the delivery of my product.

Besides the positive impressions while visiting their store and so far OK quality, there are some issues which the potential next customers must be aware of:
Delivery happened before the timezone which was mentioned by the company, in the delivery email it's mentioned "Unabhängig von oben angezeigter Termineingrenzung erfolgt die Ankunft unseres Teams zudem nicht vor Beginn des bei der Terminbuchung festgelegten Zeitfensters."
The delivery guy refused to take the giant packaging and claimed we need it if we want to send back the Sofa!
Is it the case really? We can't and we won't keep the boxes, in fact we're reaching out to Sofa company to help us on this!
Furthermore, the sales man told us, there is almost nothing that we should do, which is not correct at all, you need to connect the legs and connect both parts together.
We also think the shape of the pillows of the sofa are a bit strange, it's like not a proper packaging or they have been under heavy load since they're not in the good shape.
The connect points screws are a bit too long and they came out from the other side of the wood. We put some tiny parts of packaging box to protect the bottom of the sofa but in a long term they will make it through and tear the textile under the sofa! Please provide shorter screw!
We know we have a right to return the item in 30 days, but no one really wants to go through this headache!
They told us they're not like IKEA but I felt they are more or less the same of course with higher prices!
I'll see what Sofa Company can offer me and update my honest review here.
Update: We're working with Sofa company to find the solutions! I'll keep this review updated!

I bought the Aya sofa in Moonlight Sand fabric which arrived two weeks ago, it looks beautiful and feels comfortable. I had to wait 5 weeks for it to arrive, but I think it was worth it.

I had to order a four seater sofa for my living room. I was plan to make everything in japanese modern style, because it looks minimalistic and sharp. They had some nice options, i talked to them and decided to order one of them.
But wow, the delivery took ageees. By the time it finally arrive, i was already searching for another options 🤣
