Worst Experience Ever
This is my first time ever leaving a review because I've never felt the need to before.
Unfortunately, this has been the worst experience I've had with Cheers Travel. Their customer service was extremely poor when something went wrong.
My flight was cancelled due to a visa issue. I requested a refund, and they told me they would look into it. It took them almost five months to get back to me, and I don't believe they would have responded at all if I hadn't repeatedly called to follow up.
In the end, I still haven't received my refund. They claimed the airline required a visa rejection document, but I was never given one at the airport, so I had nothing to provide. I also asked Cheers Travel to give me the flight details and the airline's contact information, but they never did.
To make matters worse, I paid extra for travel insurance, yet I received no support or compensation.
This was money I earned through hard work, and I had been looking forward to taking my parents overseas to visit our loved ones. Instead, I was left without a refund and without any meaningful assistance.
Based on my experience, I would encourage others to think carefully before booking with this company. I hope no one else has to go through what I did. Good luck.
