The products were great but the post…
The products were great but the post service was terrible.
My parcel ended up at a box 2 km from my place - and mind you there are at least 10 options within max 5 min walking distance from my place.
The parcel ended up on the highest row of post boxes and that row is available for people over 1.80 m tall, which isn’t me.
I’m considering not ordering again due to the delivery issues - even though the products are great.

I recently purchased Beta-Alanine and Taurine from Bulk, and both work exactly as expected — no issues there.
However, I was quite disappointed with the Apple/Lime Creatine, as I find it almost undrinkable. The Mixed Berry flavour also isn’t great on its own, so I’ve had to mix it with juice to make it more palatable. Their Mixed Berry Hydration also tastes quite unpleasant in my opinion.
On the positive side, the Beta-Alanine and Taurine are solid products and do the job well. I also tried their strawberry lime pre-workout, which actually tastes good, although I personally think it could use a bit more citrulline for a stronger effect.
Overall, a mixed experience — some products are great, while others really depend on flavour preference.

Undrinkable EAA and horrible support
Your EAA is undrinkable when mixed with water. It tastes and smells like rotten fish. I raised this to customer support snd asked for a replacement with taste but they refused. They also gave my instructions to mix it in fruit juice which was not at all possible. It clogged together and became a disgusting mass. Ill start buying all my products at Bodylab due to this extremely bad experience, both in terms of customer service and product quality. I have been a customer at Bulk for >10 years. Good bye

Taste was horrible
Fast shipping, great packaging, but the taste of zero calorie syrup was horrible. I still try biotin tablets, it will take more than a few weeks to notice something... i have not tried Barista coffee syrup yet, but once I will, I will add my review.

Chemical taste and questionable composition
It is not stated anywhere on the package, as well on the website, which aminoacides are contained in the product and in which procent. The taste is dominated by some sort of artificial sweetener and it tastes not that good. All in all, I think there is a lot better and more transparent products on the market compared to Bulk. I don't think it's something for me, it's too chemical.

Huge catalogue of products, nice price and quick delivery. I honestly cannot think of anything wrong, they have big packages, very good value for money and their products are great! There are some products that are not the best, but with their huge catalogue, you always find something that is amazing.
