What originally captured my attention was seeing all these cool, unique exercises I had never seen before, but I’ve come to realize MovesMethod is more than just a cool new set of exercises. It’s whole new perspective and way to approach life through movement. The philosophy challenges traditional thinking about exercise and recovery that just rings so true once you hear it reasoned out. It strips away all the extraneous things we think we need to “workout” and condenses it down to just the basics. You get a very well thought out set of exercises that will address literally the whole body. Even things you didn’t know needed to be addressed, like toes. Some of the exercises will feel easy, but at the same time corrective. Some of them will make you want to cry, but you have your entire life to explore, master them, and figure out to incorporate them into your daily life.
What really settled it for me was a significant reduction in daily sciatic nerve pain which at times was absolutely debilitating. While I still experience the pain, it’s went from being at the forefront of my mind most days to a lot of days not giving it a single thought.
