I like the instructor because she shows several variations of exercises. She is very positive and gives me hope that I can improve over time.
It is going well. I am enjoying more movement and a few tight areas but more the good tightness of exercises performed just past comfort. I noticed I can’t do as much with my right knee and hip- mainly from a meniscus repair last year and my hip compensating for it. I am sure my body learned a lot of of bad movements to protect it and I am in the process of correcting them. I did feel good that today after golfing 18 holes I was able to duck walk along the lawn with a fully flat foot (I was playing with my dog.) and I was also able to hang for a full 20 seconds with no floor assistance.
This is all new for me I'm taking it one day at a time. I'm focusing on mind my thoughts, Body- this vessel is important it carries you through life & Soul - this is the core.
I started this journey feeling old, stiff and in pain and doing these exercises as prescribed have made me feel loose and pain free in only a short period of time! Jordi is a great coach, very understanding of where I’m at and has really helped me not just physically but with my outlook generally.
I am sooo happy I found the Moves method. I am a personal trainer myself, and I noticed I was having some mobility issues and I am not super well-studied in mobility movements besides some basics that I could “feel out.” It was enough that I decided to seek out some help, and I found Moves Method was not only offering exactly what I was looking for,
Doing it extremely well, and has a message I absolutely align with, so purchasing was a no-brainer. It’s been 10 days now and I am already almost hanging for a full minute, and Am almost able to hold a deep squat without assistance for 10 minutes…skills that may usually take a month or even more for someone as tight as I was, and that’s just those two. I am also going through the program for things I currently need for a little while, before I begin their general program, once a few of my problem areas are corrected. Very knowledgeable, very pleasant people, their offerings are very reasonable, and I am just very happy I was able to find them and join their community!
Coach Ben Alfaro and the Moves Method team have been great to get me moving more freely again. Simple, repeatable movements that become part of daily habits and routine are making a huge difference in my flexibility. At 58 years old, I’m getting flexibility that I had in my 40s and expect it will continue to improve.
The programme was varied in the number of movements. It was focused and customised in helping with my particular issues. The coach, Nicole, was friendly, approachable, flexible and precise in her review and feedback on my programme and progress.
Very methodical program that meets you where you are and build towards strength, range of motion, and confidence. Definitely worth the financial commitment. I’m looking forward to the improvements to come based on what I’ve already achieved. The program seems very well designed and I’ve been well supported throughout the process.
Was a bit concerned at first when I had to switch coaches near the last part of my time working with Moves Method, but working with Coach Kyle Ralph has been great. Challenging definitely, but I have not been given any workouts I have not been able to get through even if they were tough. He's very responsive and points out any issues and explains well the exercises and movements. If I could afford it would definitely stay in the program for a while longer to keep working with him.
What originally captured my attention was seeing all these cool, unique exercises I had never seen before, but I’ve come to realize MovesMethod is more than just a cool new set of exercises. It’s whole new perspective and way to approach life through movement. The philosophy challenges traditional thinking about exercise and recovery that just rings so true once you hear it reasoned out. It strips away all the extraneous things we think we need to “workout” and condenses it down to just the basics. You get a very well thought out set of exercises that will address literally the whole body. Even things you didn’t know needed to be addressed, like toes. Some of the exercises will feel easy, but at the same time corrective. Some of them will make you want to cry, but you have your entire life to explore, master them, and figure out to incorporate them into your daily life.
What really settled it for me was a significant reduction in daily sciatic nerve pain which at times was absolutely debilitating. While I still experience the pain, it’s went from being at the forefront of my mind most days to a lot of days not giving it a single thought.
I joined this group because I have zero flexibility and I want to be able to play on the floor with my soon to be 10 grandchildren under the age of 6. I fall quite often and I thought this program could help me immensely. It’s an investment in myself and I am enjoying it!!!
This program helped reteach me correct posture. It helped build stability, flexibility, and muscle in the areas that my body needed it. I’m more flexible and agile - I’m not scared to make movement in my body. My coach was so supportive and helped guide me through everything. He was able to pinpoint form things that needed to be corrected and was such a great encouragement along the way. I’m so happy I chose to do this program! 10/10 recommend!
Wonderful philosophy. I enjoy the movements and feeling kore fluidity in my body. I’ve finally created a nice routine for daily movement .

Kelly has been an excellent coach! He has great tips and advice and is very responsive.
