Just made a purchase today and had a question for customer service. They are extremely quick and response and very friendly. So far so good!! I hope the blower works as well as the Customer Service team does!

I made a purchase during the Black Friday period, where you offered 3 free gifts, rebuild program, and lifetime warranty. I have not received any of this. I inquired days ago with absolutely no response. That’s pretty sad. I also left a review that you offered a 10% cashback I sent a screenshot of the review but received no response. I am contiplating amending my review…
I WOULD LIKE A WRITTEN LIFETIME WARRANTY IN WRITING SENT TO ME BECAUSE HONESTLY, I DON’T TRUST THAT YOU’LL HONOR IT. I ALSO SHOULD RECEIVE THE 10% CASHBACK OFFERED ON A CARD IN THE BOX WHEN I OPENED IT UP.

I had some pre purchase questions which were answered in a few days.
