Excellent product. I use it to blow out my garage. I had a problem that customer service resolved very quickly. Highly recommend Vortex Haus!

I'm shocked by the power of the blower! There was an issue with the shipper, but vortex customer service to care of everything. I couldn't be more pleased with both the product and the service!

I accidently broke a part on my blower
I asked to buy a replacement part via email and they told me to send a picture of my blower to get the correct one. Fast response from the customer service department.
1 week later, I received my parts, but when I opened up the box, they sent me a whole new blower.
I have been praising them from the get go.
I actually own 2 of the blowers....great product!

I use my Turbo Jet almost daily for cleaning off my patio, around my air conditioner, blowing dog hair from my truck, in my garage, and for quick cleanup jobs inside the house. Before I had it, I was constantly reaching for a broom, vacuum, or my large leaf blower. The Turbo Jet makes those smaller jobs much faster and more convenient.

I run it with my DeWalt battery, and it’s been a great fit for the types of cleanup tasks I use it for. I recently had an issue with my blower, but VortexHaus customer service was responsive and quickly shipped a replacement, which I appreciated.

Overall, it’s become a tool I use regularly because it’s lightweight, convenient, and saves me time.

What made this experience great. There was an unusual malfunction with my blower, and I contacted Vortex Haus and showed them a video of it; without hesitation, Vortex Haus is taking care of it. The blower is amazing, and it blows my mind (no pun intended) how a small handheld can move debris as it does. Their customer service is amazing. Most companies should take a lesson from this company on customer service.

Excellent product. More powerful than three other brands that I have. Smaller and lighter which allows for more applications. I have used it for yard, garage, patio, and vehicle tasks. I use with DeWalt battery and get good run time. Power out demands significant airflow into fan apparatus. I had an issue with minor damage to fan blade due to material sucked past grill. Company acknowledged and immediately replaced the whole unit although I was only looking for a replacement blade. I now own three.

Easy experience. Product works,just feels cheap for what price is, and has plastic blades. Almost like it was 3D printed in garage.

Amazing product but also just as amazing customer service. Truly incredible product, I use a makita battery and am. Ery meticulous on drying my vehicle and it does it without any trouble.

Product is excellent. High power airflow in the hand. I use it primarily to dry my cars. Works great and easy to use. The first unit failed and was replaced. Customer service is competent and efficient. Diane was very helpful and responsive.

I had purchased 2 other brands (that were a total waste of money) before finally deciding to try out VH a try. It is not cheap for sure but worth the money. The key advantage is that it can get water out quickly and effectively from areas that even the best drying clothes can’t reach. It is also great for a quick dry after a heavy rain.

Just made a purchase today and had a question for customer service. They are extremely quick and response and very friendly. So far so good!! I hope the blower works as well as the Customer Service team does!

I was intrigued by the amount of power this little handheld claims, and it lived up to it! It’s so much lighter than my other one so my arm doesn’t get tired anymore. We keep the battery fully charged and use it almost daily. It even handles wet leaves. My husband and I are both impressed!
