Your Customer Service team - Awesome

Your Customer Service team, including Jericho, has been awesome in helping us replace a 2-quart pan we ruined on the burner. Companies like yours need to be promoted for your great products and customer service team. I will certainly do that at every opportunity I get.

We ruined our pot by accidentally leaving it on the burner when we thought we shut the burner off. Thank you for replacing our 2-quart pot and lid with ease!

Christmas nostalgic prints

We bought several of the Christmas nostalgic prints for our walls during Christmas. We had a neighborhood Christmas part of about 40 people and we got many compliments on the wall art. They were also packaged well to avoid any damage. The delivery was pretty slow, but I'm sure it's a seasonal thing with our order. I was expecting 2-4 days, part of it came in 8 days, the other part in 2 weeks. I'm not going to back off the 5-star rating for something that likely had more to do with the season. The products are very nice looking!

I am giving a 5-star

I am giving a 5-star, because the interactions I had with the Budget Mailbox people was professional, courteous, and because I think I was difficult on them (not rude) about the poor service from Whitehall.

So, I want to say something about Whitehall. The ONLY thing I like about their company quality of the mailbox. However, they take their customers money (all of it up front), and give an inaccurate "ship" by date (which took a full month) from the time I ordered and fully paid for their product.

I kept contacting Budget Mailboxes, but Whitehall would never give you an answer back (to pass along to me) what the scheduled ship time was. They were obviously in no hurry or didn't care, because they already had my payment in full. Bottom line, Whitehall doesn't care much about customers beyond putting out a quality product.

I will close in thanking the Budget Mailbox people for remaining professional when they were acting between a customer and a non-responsive manufacturer.

Post-response edit: I appreciate the professional response back from BudgetMailboxes. It's obvious you read and respond individually. It's a good thing the Whitehall mailbox is made with such quality, or they would be suffering. I think the manufacturer simply needs to learn communication skills with both of their customers, you (BudgetMailboxes) and me, the ultimate consumer. That's it, and thanks again.

Thank you so much for your kind review, Mark! We're glad you had a positive experience with our team, but we're sincerely sorry your order's production and shipment was delayed.

The usual lead time for a Whitehall package is 2-3 weeks. However, they have seen a significant increase in orders during the pandemic (likely due to higher numbers of people at home and completing small projects/upgrades).

We hope to see their lead times return to normal in the near future. The payment upfront is currently a staple of eCommerce businesses run similarly to our own, as the products are shipping from the vendors/manufacturers rather than a warehouse we manage.

Your payment, along with the full details of your order, constitutes a "properly completed order" and essentially starts the lead-time/shipment clock. If the order is delayed for any reason and cannot go out by the original expected ship date, we seek to obtain an updated timeline to provide to you.

We greatly appreciate your patience, grace, and understanding throughout the process.
