I am giving a 5-star, because the interactions I had with the Budget Mailbox people was professional, courteous, and because I think I was difficult on them (not rude) about the poor service from Whitehall.
So, I want to say something about Whitehall. The ONLY thing I like about their company quality of the mailbox. However, they take their customers money (all of it up front), and give an inaccurate "ship" by date (which took a full month) from the time I ordered and fully paid for their product.
I kept contacting Budget Mailboxes, but Whitehall would never give you an answer back (to pass along to me) what the scheduled ship time was. They were obviously in no hurry or didn't care, because they already had my payment in full. Bottom line, Whitehall doesn't care much about customers beyond putting out a quality product.
I will close in thanking the Budget Mailbox people for remaining professional when they were acting between a customer and a non-responsive manufacturer.

Post-response edit: I appreciate the professional response back from BudgetMailboxes. It's obvious you read and respond individually. It's a good thing the Whitehall mailbox is made with such quality, or they would be suffering. I think the manufacturer simply needs to learn communication skills with both of their customers, you (BudgetMailboxes) and me, the ultimate consumer. That's it, and thanks again.
