Shocking company. No customer service at all. No number never reply to emails. The government should crack down on companies like this. It’s a disgrace that you can’t speak or even email someone about a problem. Will never ever use Wowcher again. Beware people of this company before you commit to use them.

Received a mattress topper via wowcher. It was folded in to 4 NOT rolled. Now there’s a big crease down the middle. Turn it over and there’s a hump down the middle. I called Emma they said they will email the department that deals with wowcher. They reply ask for the voucher code once they have that they will deal with it. Now nothing gone all quiet and no replies. Absolutely poor service. I have chased and chased and just ignoring my emails. Will claim my money back if they don’t respond by end of today.

Advertise a wireless headset for Xbox and they are not compatible. False advertising. Why advertise this when people will only return them as they won’t connect. Pointless and won’t be buying this brand again.
Had to buy nectar as Emma stopped making fully memory foam. So far the mattress is shaped like a banana and sloped to one side. Even after hours of been un rolled. Email sent to Nectar and so far my experience is awful. Wish I could add photos to this review. Looks like be asking for my money back. Watch this space.

Order a washing machine with fitting. They turn up don’t have a clue how to fit a washing machine left the old one and left the new one un fitted. Next morning wake up to a flood as they broke the fitting. Now all my floor needs replacing. They send out a company called Claremont logistics who are a Mickey Mouse company. Chris Davies came out promised this promised that 8 weeks later now we’re are taking legal action as Claremont Logistics are refusing to reply to emails and phone calls. Chris Davies is a liar and has taken curry’s money and then left us high and dry. Now trying to deal with Curry’s they are just as bad as Claremont. Now we are in the proceedings of legal action against Claremont and Curry’s.

Absolute nightmare to deal with. Klarna customer services are an absolute joke. They do their best to hold on to your refunds. The longer they have your money the more money they make. Just keep waiting 10 days they say. Then another 10 days. Then they investigate it another 30 days then just ignore you. Ever use them again. Beware using these and it’s a struggle to get your money back.

This airport is absolutely shocking for children or adults with autism. They have sunflower lounge which is a box room with two useless sofas and it’s next to a gate. It’s open and not even enclosed so it’s useless as you can still very noisy. If you go to an airport lounge the food is all spicy and not child friendly and they cost an arm and a leg for food you don’t like. So you are stuck with all the noise like Wetherspoons and BK etc etc and the noise is horrendous. It’s shocking that the tiny sunflower lounge that fits 4 people is just as noisy as everywhere else. This airport does not cater for special needs or neuro diverse people. It’s an unpleasant experience. The airport is also in need of a renovation. The heaters along the windows are all broken with very very sharp edges from the fins. Health and safety issue at its best.

Awful customer service. Delivery has not turned up. DPD haven’t even received it after 5 days. Deliver was between 2-5 days. Call up and get connected to a rude agent. Told me it will be delivered within 5 days. Well it won’t be. First time ordering with JYSK and never again. Ow I can see why they have such bad reviews.
You get some samples and then they none stop spam you with what’s app messages from all kinds of numbers. Samples in the bin and won’t be using. Disgrace
Going downhill. Have so many issues now. Return orders from online then not getting the refund. Then having to chase them send them proof then getting the refund. Twice now. Staff in the Tamworth store not great now have no idea what customer service is. Sadly won’t be using them again as they are slowly turning into another type of sports shop.

They are the worst network I have ever used. You pay cheap you get cheap. Constantly no signal. Website says excellent 4G but 99% of the time I have zero signal and no internet. Raised a complaint and all they do is say the mast is down when it’s not. Then they say the tech team will look at it. Weeks go by and all they do is delay my complaint. Sent all my evidence and they keep asking for more. One lot of evidence is enough. Then they say tech have adjusted your account. Worked for two days then no signal again. Have two phones and tried both and the same so I know it’s network issue. Spoke to other people where I live and they had the same and left. Opened a case with Ofcom.

Contacts Nike they accepted my trainers were faulty. I sent them back via Royal Mail. They received Mart return but it was weeks and weeks I heard nothing and no refund. I contacted Nike and they said we have refused your refund. They refused to send the trainers back so I contacted Klarna Klarna. Spoke to Nike and said I sent a different pair of trainers back, which is a lie now reading reviews of other people have had the same issue with Nike so clearly someone at Nike returns are scamming trainers and stealing peoples returns. Nike do nothing about it because there is no ombudsman for Nike. I’m seeing more and more people with the same issues so clearly something has happened at Nike with people scamming Nike used to be Brilliant but the last year they’ve been the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. It is clear that someone in the returns department are stealing returns and then making a story up saying they were someone else’s trailers not the same trainers or no trainers in the box. I’m having to take legal action against Nike. Beware people do not use Nike in the UK. They have become a scamming company. I have deleted my Nike app. I will never use them again and I’m going to go on social media and let everybody know that Nike are a scamming company.
Has to be the Worst They say they use three network. Well obviously three give them the rubbish part of it. My son has three and no issues. I have ID and no signal. Where ever I go I hardly ever get coverage and ID has to be the worse network provider I have ever been with. They just use the same excise for two years that the mast is down. Don’t think they realise I wasn’t born yesterday. The amount of times I have complained all they say is the mast is down and working on it. Well 2 years of work on a mast is a very very long time. Will go to ofcom.

Not worth the money. After a short period of time the pillow case that has some filling in goes all clumpy. Then it’s uncomfortable to sleep on. Customer service is poor and says it’s not faulty. Told me tiniest a tumble dryer. Well I don’t have one. So they admitted it’s not right but won’t replace the cover free. They wanted me to pay £10. Be aware when buying from these. I certainly won’t be using again.
Sent a faulty pair of trainers back after one day of wearing them. Hear nothing back off them then they refuse to refund me. Didn’t even send my trainers back to me. I now have to take legal action against Nike. Used their chat service and half way through they just said nothing we can do then ended the chat. Will never ever use Nike again. Disgrace
Poor Customer Service Missing fries in my order. Spoke to X and sent receipt etc and they asked me to fill in a feedback form. Week later still no reply and X ignoring my messages now. Very poor customer service and has no put me off using them.
