10 days to deliver a small parcel from Yorkshire to Manchester , no cards no text no email’s nothing , I get parcels from china within days never a problem, yous seriously need to modernise or I see collapse for this company!.. get with the times or go under , message is simple

Profits before pet welfare !!! My dog got diagnosed with hip dysplasia, and he’s only 15 month old and will be in discomfort all his life , he needs loxicom witch is an anti inflammatory and is prescription only , the market price is £19.99 pretty much everywhere , but my vet wants to charge me £70 I think this is terrible , iv emailed them about this and been blanked , sorry but I’m not being held to ransom so the dog will probably suffer , or I now have to find another way to get him this medication! Terrible vet . The other reviews are spot on ! All they want is your insurance details !!!!!

5 hours in phone calls … spoke to 20 staff , I still can’t get my money I’m owed !!! These have owed me money for months can I get it ?? Not chance , keep it , that’s your intention anyway , your staff are are clueless only good at hanging up !!!

I ordered stone tiled vynal ,and wood chevron turns up , and the store in Manchester white city have blamed me ! Coz Iv not checked their writing . If a customer orders a red leather and a white one turns up , it’s the customers fault aparantly. Both the sales person and store manager blaming me .. store manager still won’t accept it’s their fault , I’m to blame . All it needed was an apology and acceptance of their mistake ,but these don’t do that , I got half a day of arguments and 7 phone calls . they prefer to blame the customer . Iv since dug out the original order and it’s clear as day I was correct , what I ordered was correct , they got it wrong but can’t admit it ,no idea about customer service or how to speak to a customer, shouted over me in every call , will not be shopping here ever again

Dpd failing to do their job yet again ! Can’t deliver to my home , then they drop it off a remote pick up place . Don’t bother with this company

Scamming people out of £25 fees !! Dvla are now saying to people on a large scale they have not received the returned logbook , they are using this so you have to re apply using a form and there is a fee of £25 for this option ! I find it hard to understand how they are not receiving log books with the very unique adress of DVLA SWANSEA .. the post office are not at fault here ,,, 100% scam !!!!!

Avoid this company at all cost , so 12 days and no part delivered . But Iv also got to wait 30 days to get a refund on a part Iv never even seen , or it will be when they feel like it , for the item Iv not received ,they know full well Iv not received it as it’s with their currier still , 25 emails , !!! All trying to be smart . they could not care less if Iv received the part or not , .massive mistake trying to purchase a part of this lot …

Paid 9.95 for what I thought would be express delivery of a small lightweight part . 9 days later still no part , not happy , still not got my part , and nobody’s contactable , will I ever see this part ?????? Phoned back to cancel the order and was given abuse and phone slammed down on me !! Learn some manners and listen to your customers, dam ignorant, steer clear of these lot

Absolutely garbage bank . Shut all branches down . Can’t contact anyone by phone , the apps are crap , I’m locked out of my bank and nobody 3 hour phone wait and nobody answers , does anyone even work here anymore ????

Worst online shopping experience ever !! Delivery service is the worst ever and the supplier is on par with them , neither are contactable and could not care less about their customers service , do not buy off there , if they even exist , it’s probably a scam !

Yous need to use a proper delivery service , the cowboys yous are dealing with will drag yous down with them ! Not happy with delivery service one bit , also after trying to speak to yourselves ! Your service is no better and I now understand why yous are using Xdp ! Your both not contactable , you yous even exist
