Excellent customer service from Shish Khalifa. I had a business account on my phone and was told that I could not have another business account on the same phone. I would need to have another device in order to access my Kinetic account which was due to change over to a business account on the 30th June 2027.
Pooja was extremely helpful and held on with me over the phone as I had to start the migration process again a few times. Her patience was really appreciated and her instructions and overall advice was absolutely firstclass. She is a credit to HSBC.

On 31 March 2026, I accidentally transferred £75,000 into my BBL account instead of my business account. A few days later, when I realised the mistake, I contacted your team and was advised that a complaint would need to be raised. Despite making numerous follow-up calls and requests over the following weeks, I unfortunately received little progress or communication regarding the matter.
Yesterday, I had the opportunity to speak with Rafique Mazumder, and I can honestly say that he is a credit to your organisation. He listened carefully to my concerns, understood the urgency of the situation, took ownership of the issue, and successfully resolved it within a single day.

ACCOUNTS SYSTEM (XERO) DIRECT DEBIT WE HAVE PAID FOR YEARS AND YEARS HAS BEEN BLOCKED PAYMENT. CAN'T ACCESS OR MOVE ANY OF OUR OWN BUSINESSES MONEY!!! THEN MADE UP STUPID REASONS WHY THE SAFEGUARDING FAILED (e.g. you said you own 70% shares but public record says you own 75%) ARE YOU SERIOUS!?!?!? IT'S PUBLIC RECORD HOW IS THAT A REASON TO REFUSE THE SAFEGUARDING REVIEW AFTER THE OTHER 5000 QUESTIONS ASKED WERE ALL CORRECT!? ASKING FOR DIRECTOR PASSPORT THAT THEY ALREADY HAVE!!!
