I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending…

I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending HSBC business to anyone, I was in contact with a lady called Binita today to help me change from my kinetic account to a hsbc small business account, the process was faultless and Binita was very professional and answered all my queries, she’s a credit to HSBC.

Excellent customer service from Shish…

Excellent customer service from Shish Khalifa. I had a business account on my phone and was told that I could not have another business account on the same phone. I would need to have another device in order to access my Kinetic account which was due to change over to a business account on the 30th June 2027.

Pooja was extremely helpful and held on with me over the phone as I had to start the migration process again a few times. Her patience was really appreciated and her instructions and overall advice was absolutely firstclass. She is a credit to HSBC.

I spoke with Shish a minute ago about migrating my account from HSBC Kinetic to Small business banking. Throughout the call, Shish was polite, engaged, reassuring and helpful.
He was knowledgeable, addressed all concerns promptly.

Smooth and swift transfer over the…

Smooth and swift transfer over the phone from Kinetic to a new HSBC Business Banking account. Katie from the HSBC Business Banking team was incredibly helpful this morning and made the entire process seamless and hassle-free.

I would like to express my sincere…

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent support provided by Mr. Rafique Mazumder.

On 31 March 2026, I accidentally transferred £75,000 into my BBL account instead of my business account. A few days later, when I realised the mistake, I contacted your team and was advised that a complaint would need to be raised. Despite making numerous follow-up calls and requests over the following weeks, I unfortunately received little progress or communication regarding the matter.

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to speak with Rafique Mazumder, and I can honestly say that he is a credit to your organisation. He listened carefully to my concerns, understood the urgency of the situation, took ownership of the issue, and successfully resolved it within a single day.

After months of frustration and uncertainty, Rafique's professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to help made a tremendous difference. His dedication to customer service is truly exceptional, and employees like him are invaluable to any organisation.

Please pass on my heartfelt thanks and recognition to Rafique for his outstanding support. He turned what had been a very stressful experience into a positive outcome, and I am extremely grateful for his assistance.

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE. THEY PUT OUR BUSINESS THROUGH SAFEGUARDING AND HAVE BLOCKED PAYMENTS FOR NO REASON AND HAVE MESSED UP OUR BUSINESS. CAN'T PAY SUPPLIERS. PAYMENTS TO US NOT WORKING. ACCOUNTS SYSTEM (XERO) DIRECT DEBIT WE HAVE PAID FOR YEARS AND YEARS HAS BEEN BLOCKED PAYMENT. CAN'T ACCESS OR MOVE ANY OF OUR OWN BUSINESSES MONEY!!! THEN MADE UP STUPID REASONS WHY THE SAFEGUARDING FAILED (e.g. you said you own 70% shares but public record says you own 75%) ARE YOU SERIOUS!?!?!? IT'S PUBLIC RECORD HOW IS THAT A REASON TO REFUSE THE SAFEGUARDING REVIEW AFTER THE OTHER 5000 QUESTIONS ASKED WERE ALL CORRECT!? ASKING FOR DIRECTOR PASSPORT THAT THEY ALREADY HAVE!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE? WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE? GO IN-STORE BANK - "OH YOU HAVE TO CALL - WE CAN'T DO THAT IN STORE". WHEN YOU CALL YOU CAN'T EVEN UNDERSTAND MOST OF THEM. COMPLETELY AGIST.
