Stay clear as customer after care is non existent - owed refund
Stay clear as customer after care, is insulting, if not non existent. If i'm honest I think I am dealing with Homebase but they seem to umbrella so many other companies which is confusing. I believe I bought online from Homebase and I have spent far too much time chasing this company to give a simple collect and refund. 14 emails to them which regurgitate the same generic answer "our other department will be in touch within 48 hours" I can confirm 14 days dealing with this and not once has the "other department has ever contacted me".
Exasperated I found an email for CEO to put my case forward and I still haven't be contacted by them.
It was a simple collect item and refund. Today it has been collected although I wasn't informed they were coming and could have been out. I still cannot get an answer as to when to expect my refund of nearly £600! Its like banging your head against a wall.
