Stay clear as customer after care is non existent - owed refund

Stay clear as customer after care, is insulting, if not non existent. If i'm honest I think I am dealing with Homebase but they seem to umbrella so many other companies which is confusing. I believe I bought online from Homebase and I have spent far too much time chasing this company to give a simple collect and refund. 14 emails to them which regurgitate the same generic answer "our other department will be in touch within 48 hours" I can confirm 14 days dealing with this and not once has the "other department has ever contacted me".
Exasperated I found an email for CEO to put my case forward and I still haven't be contacted by them.

It was a simple collect item and refund. Today it has been collected although I wasn't informed they were coming and could have been out. I still cannot get an answer as to when to expect my refund of nearly £600! Its like banging your head against a wall.

Items missing and no reply to emails

UPDATE
I promptly heard from the Managing Director and he was quick to ask Customer Service to reply. I still wont have my plants as there is no longer any stock but they have issued speedily a refund and a voucher to spend. I have asked them graciously to check Trustpilot to address others in the same position.


I have a delivery which was missing the bulk items ordered, since the 15th April I have sent an email every day notifying them that items were missing. Not one email has been answered. Today I received another item and yet again I am down an item on that order. All delivery notes say they are delivered but they havent been.

It costs 7p a minute plus own phone charge to call them. They have my money and I am without the goods. They are hard to deal with. Meanwhile I am bombarded with marketing emails to the point of harassment with them trying to sell me more.

They need to fulfil my orders and take accountability for getting them to me, I have wasted far too much time dealing with this and intend to take it to the Managing Director. I understand they are part of the Thompson & Morgan Group

I have issues with my refurbed phone - NO HELP

I have issues with my refurbed phone, when I tried to contact, it was made impossible to ask for help or refund. I had to set up an account, I did and it said I hadnt bought anything therefore not letting me get to the help or refund section. I spent the best part of an afternoon trying to find a way to contact, email or chat unsuccessfully. I have a phone I have an invoice no but no way to tell them that i have an issue. Is this done on purpose I wonder.
I contacted a company that finds email addresses for such avoidance nonsense and the reply came back from their contact info that that email was no longer used and to create an account on their website!! IM GOING ROUND IN CIRCLES. DONT BUY, NO BACK UP AND NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM EVEN WHEN ITS THEIR PROBLEM . AVOID

Good choice, few hiccups

I think it would be good to give a date to be posted if sending direct to recipient. I'm buying mothers day cards now but have the faff of being sent to me to then send on. Only winner here is Royal Mail.
I did order a card personalised which came cropped badly and letters on the fold. I understand they tell me its a machine fault and been offered refund... I'm still waiting

Otherwise good choice of cards

Thieving arsholes no compassion …

3 chasing emails for Christmas tree angel wings for the recent loss of my Dad. Not one answered even though I explained the pain behind my purchase and adds salt to the wound of my loss. Wanted him to be symbolised in someway at Christmas. I had nothing. You pathetic thieving arsholes. I hope you drown in your own sh##

NEVER AGAIN MARSHALL CAMBRIDGE…

Bought a new car from the Cambridge branch. When you spend good money on a car, you wouldn't expect bad level of service. The whole experience was underwhelming. From the test drive in a filthy car, calls not returned, conflicting information throughout the process. We were finally left having to leave the new car on our drive unused because of incorrect admin issues left to the last hour and not being able to get insurance in time as they only supplied 24hrs and not 7 days as we were first told. Very stressful and wouldn't repeat the experience with Marshalls, such bad memories for what should be an enjoyable moment.
No bouquet of flowers, no bow on the bonnet
