Very disappointed.

Very disappointed.
I received 6 stems of very short flowers - they were too short to fit in a normal vase!
My co- op flowers at £3.99 looked far healthier , there were far more flowers and much taller flowers.
I will not be using SERENTA again.

DON’T USE THIS COMPANY FOR DAY 2 AND DAY 8 TESTS!

My husband and I used this company after returning to the U.K. on 21 April from abroad.
Sadly we still haven’t received the results of our Day 8 tests more than 48 hours later!
Consequently we are still having to quarantine at home although we have completed our 10 days of quarantine!!!!
We will never use this company again.

I found the website a little confusing…

I found the website a little confusing when I wanted to add flowers to a sympathy card delivery. I wasn’t given the option of writing some words on a card with the flower delivery. Now I am worried that the flowers will arrive and the recipient won’t know who they are from.

PARCEL NEVER ARRIVED! STILL WAITING,,

I received an email to say that my parcel would arrive on 2 nd February but as I was away I changed the delivery day to 5 February and received an email acknowledgment of this. My husband stayed in all day but the parcel never arrived. I have the DPD app and went online to ask where it was. The reply was that it hadn’t arrived at the depot ( inspite of their app saying on 1 Feb that my parcel was on the way! The App also offered a chat option and I was told that I would receive a call back within 2 hours as they were very busy. THE CALL NEVER HAPPENED! I went on the app today and the reply is that they are still waiting for the parcel to arrive at the depot!!
