Updates very good once the parcel…

Updates very good once the parcel arrived in the UK. Very unreliable while parcel still abroad in country of origin and update simply stated "Exception - missed the flight".

I administer websites for various small organisations. I have never subscribed to bark.com and, as of three days ago, have received over 40 emails from bark.com under the guise of "xyz (name varies) is seeking a supplier of t shirt printing". The bark.com sender's name is identical on each occasion. Accepting that this may be some kind of automated bot (rather than a real person) I'm assuming this company employs screen scraping tactics to glean contact info from established websites and then proceeds to spam any discovered email addresses. Tried emailing the company twice since seeking to unsubscribe. No response.

Our marketing team reaches out to new businesses when we receive requests for certain sectors or in certain locations that we may not have many professionals to currently fulfil. We offer a first lead for free for our service, however if the business is not interested, they can always click the unsubscribe button at any time to stop emails being received.

Our marketing team finds email addresses for businesses from their websites, and this is information that is in the public domain.

Company Doesn't Deserve Anyone's Business

As chairman of a tennis club in the West Midlands I contacted the UK arm of this well-established brand on 29 May seeking a very basic estimate for the creation of six tennis courts. I made my enquiry via their website and, after several days (3 June) sent a follow-up asking why I'd not received a response. I received a phone call from a lady who stated that they'd not received any enquiry. However, she stated that she'd pass on my details to the area sales manager.

An hour later, I received an email from him repeating the fact that the company hadn't received any previous enquiry and asking which club I was from. I replied immediately to tell him the club I represented as well as repeating my original enquiry.

Since then I've heard nothing. What a poor show. Some British companies just don't deserve to succeed.

Don't go there

Like others before me, I wish I'd read all the preceding negative comments about this outfit before giving them business.

Very slick website offers effortless order-placing. After that, don't expect to get any acknowledgment following placement (except from PayPal to confirm that your money's been debited).

Banners arrived on a Saturday after 4 days (no problem in that respect) but they were someone else's. I tried the customer phone line but, unless you were placing a new order, I was re-directed to a message asking them to email them with any problems. I did so and, probably because I had something they needed, i.e. another dissatisfied customer's banners, they asked me to return them and that my correct order would be dispatched the same day. I was also told that I would be reimbursed with the postage costs.

The goods did arrive within the next couple of days and I did return the original banners received but I'm still awaiting the reimbursement.

Ordered two armbands which were replacements for a pair I'd purchased a year ago but which I'd mislaid. very prompt service and the quality is excellent.
