The product was easy to request and is exactly what I wanted. It was delivered within 24 hours. Well done Lenstore.
I am registered visually impaired. What I need from Internet vendors is simple, clear, interfaces, and prompt and correct delivery. Lenstore never fails to do this. On the one occasion when i managed to order the wrong thing (my fault), Lenstore sent me an adhesive return form for the item, and exchanged it immediately.
We also worked out a simple way to ensure that I didn;t make the same mistake again
I've used Lenstore before and find there service is great. I ordered my last lenses at 10pm and they were delivered the next day.
