Where is my order?
I place my order on June 8th, however I have not received it and the status still says processing. It wasn't a custom order, therefore it should have been shipped and received by now. They do not have a working telephone number to speak with an actual person, only an email. I sent the email and it took two days for a reply with a general statement that they would reach out to their colleagues to get the order processed. Absolutely no resolution. I have sent two more emails after that and I'm still waiting to hear back from someone regarding my order. Im starting to think that their great reviews on their site are falsifications. There is no way that this is an isolated incident. I will continue to reach out. It's either send me my products or issue a refund at this point.
