The delivery was diabolical.Delivery was suppose to be two man delivery , well it was except the 'other' delivery driver remained in the van ( even though I have parking ).
The delivery man's attitude was appalling , so I ended up taking the delivery up myself , without one bit of assistance.
Would never purchase anything from Next if it was bulky , truly appalling service.
