However when I contacted support about the issue they promptly responded with the 2nd tracking number. Overall a good experience.

Checked things out online and it was easily navigated and found what needed quite easily! Then I placed a call as we needed to know if in stock as we needed it soon. They didn't have them at that moment but they checked it out and found it was to be in within 3 days and then could ship to us.....everything worked out Great and we received! The help was perfect!!
