Update: The customer service department met and reviewed the communications logs, and there is no record of Bruce Eastman or the The Laurelton contacting us via phone or email after the initial order. We emailed Bruce a receipt at the time of the order, and we sent a new one as soon as we received this review. Bruce has acknowledged receipt of the new invoice but has not responded when asked about his other communications.

After finding the water cooler that we wanted on an internet search, I contacted your company and was connected to Peter Brainard VP Sales. It was near the 5:00 hour at which time most business close, but Peter was very accommodating after a discussion of our needs and your product. An invoice was forthcoming quickly and the shipment arrived much sooner that anticipated by FedEx Ground. We have since installed the Water cooler and it is a hit with all of our church members, both old and young. Our children like to use a special stool that sits on the foot pedal and allows them to use it by themselves. They seldom pass by it without getting a drink Thank you for your quick, thorough service and a great purchasing experience.
