My phone quit working

My phone quit working. I could not receive texts or calls and I could not send texts or make calls. Contacted company through chat on their website and told them about my phone not doing anything. The first thing they want to do is send a text so they can get access to my account. Duh, email it to me. Then I need to buy a new phone. Since I am low income, I can't afford to pay their prices. Moving my service to another provider.

I have had a VERY NEGATIVE experience…

I have had a VERY NEGATIVE experience June of this year. I notified them via their site using email. Explained what was going on, yet they did NOTHING to help. If I could help anyone who is seeking to get mobile service to avoid having the same problem, I would say DON'T GET YOUR SERVICE THROUGH STANDUP WIRELESS!! I'm shopping for a replacement as I write this review.

Crazy how i underappreciated the value…

Crazy how i underappreciated the value of no contracts. It really is worth it and the service is pretty good. I usually end up spending 5-15$ extra dollars on data but i use it sparingly anyway and few and far between mostly for streaming music in the car.

They do not give you enough data to…

They do not give you enough data to remotely get through the month and when you do run out of Data, your phone does not work unless you’re on Wi-Fi like you don’t get phone calls and you don’t get text messages it’s pretty ridiculous. Not to mention that I was kind of tricked into switching to this company so this company is pretty predatory. I would steer clear if I were you! Just saying
